Sugar Monster is an award winning, concierge cake studio owned by Pastry Chef Ashley Holt. Ashley has won prestigious honors in her field and is currently working as the Senior Food Stylist at the TODAY Show. She has been in the cake industry for 10 years and puts incredible attention to detail in each of her designs. Her availability is limited and she is very selective with the orders she currently takes. Sugar Monster services the Greater New York City area, the Hamptons and Connecticut and we'd love to speak with you about your event xo

No. Our tastings are $100 for an hour consultation. This includes three flavors of cake, filling and frostings. Upon booking, 50% of the fee will be applied to your balance.
