Our Destination Wedding Planning service provides personalized support with vendor coordination, logistics, timelines, and wedding-day management to create a seamless celebration away from home. Each destination wedding is customized based on location, guest count, and event needs. Travel and accommodation expenses are additional.

Perfect for couples who have already started planning but need professional support bringing everything together. We step in to organize the remaining details, assist with selected vendors, review logistics, create your wedding-day timeline, and coordinate the final stages—giving you expert guidance and peace of mind as your celebration approaches.

You’ll work directly with me, Marosky, Founder & Lead Wedding Planner of Lotus by Marosky, throughout the planning process. I remain your primary point of contact from our first consultation through your wedding day. Depending on the size, logistics, and needs of your celebration, I may also bring a trusted planning assistant or additional event support to help ensure everything runs smoothly.
Yes! While weddings are at the heart of Lotus by Marosky, we’re happy to assist with wedding-related celebrations such as rehearsal dinners, honeymoon, welcome events, bridal showers, engagement celebrations, and other special gatherings. These events can be incorporated into a larger wedding planning experience or discussed as a separate service based on your needs.
The time we spend together depends on your planning package and the needs of your wedding. Full-Service Planning typically begins around 12 months before the celebration, Partial Planning around 6 months, and Wedding Management around 3 months. Throughout the process, we schedule meetings at key planning milestones and stay in communication as we work toward your wedding day.
We do not book multiple weddings on the same day. When your wedding day arrives, our focus is on you and your celebration. We believe personalized service requires presence, attention, and care. We may accept another event within the same weekend when timing and logistics allow, but never when it could compromise the level of service and attention we provide to our couples.
