Highly Recommed!
We booked Gratzie Novia’s month-of coordination package, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. April met with us several times leading up to the day, and those virtual meetings were incredibly helpful. She made sure we had every detail covered and came prepared with resources like a detailed timeline and a checklist of all our DIY items. On the wedding day, she handled everything behind the scenes so we didn’t have to answer questions or solve problems ourselves. Any situation that came up was taken care of before we even knew about it, which let us stay present and actually enjoy our wedding. If you’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and genuinely invested in making your day run smoothly, we can’t recommend April enough.

Amazing Wedding Coordinator!
We hired Gratzie Novia (April) to set-up and break down our DIY decor for our wedding. It was the BEST decision ever! She listened to our vision and was so easy to communicate with! During such a stressful time, she calmed my nerves and was so helpful! On the day of our wedding, we were so happy with how all of the decor turned out! At the end of the night she boxed everything back up which made it so easy to bring back home from the venue. She did a great job and we would recommend her to everyone!!

Hiring Gratzie Novia was the best decision!
If we could give April more than five stars, we would. We hired April as our 90-day wedding coordinator, and looking back, if we had known how incredible she was going to be and how much stress she would take off our plate, we would have hired her from day one. From the moment she stepped in, she brought an incredible level of organization, confidence, efficiency, and attention to detail. She moved quickly, anticipated problems before they happened, and always made us feel like everything was under control. As a couple planning a wedding in NYC without local connections, her network and industry relationships were invaluable and helped make the entire process so much smoother. One of April's greatest strengths is her ability to command a room with clarity, confidence, and professionalism while also having an incredibly kind and supportive presence. She knew exactly how to keep things moving and keep everyone on track, but she also had the tact and soft touch I (the bride) needed during those overwhelming moments when I felt ready to fall apart. And when unexpected challenges arise, April is absolutely incredible under pressure: Our outdoor ceremony location had to change completely because of rain. April seamlessly pivoted all of our vendors, coordinated the new plan, communicated changes to guests, and kept everything running smoothly and shockingly on time. My wedding dress ripped right before the ceremony. Without hesitation, April stepped in and created a makeshift corset on the spot so we could continue with photos and the celebration. It was one of those moments that felt catastrophic, but thanks to her quick thinking and calm demeanor, it became just another story from an amazing day. Another huge benefit of working with April is that she is also a professional makeup artist and hairstylist. Her experience in the beauty industry was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. She connected me with my hair and makeup artist, who was absolutely wonderful, and she also introduced me to Tendly for my bridal attendant. Hiring a bridal attendant was one of the best decisions I made, and it's something I wouldn't have known about without April's recommendation. Thanks to April, we truly had the time of our lives throughout our entire wedding weekend. I can't imagine not having her at our welcome party, wedding, and after-party. She was everywhere all at once solving problems, coordinating vendors, helping guests, managing logistics, and somehow still bringing positive energy and having fun alongside us. Our friends and family even commented on how incredible she was and how much she was doing behind the scenes to make everything run seamlessly. Without question, hiring April was the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. She exceeded every expectation and played a huge role in making our wedding weekend the unforgettable experience it was. I will recommend her to every bride I meet in New York City, and honestly, to anyone planning any event, even if it's just a picnic in the park. April is truly exceptional, and we are so grateful for everything she did for us.

A Seamless Wedding Day with April
We had the joy of working alongside April for Kayla & Miles' wedding day, and she was amazing from start to finish. The entire day felt seamless thanks to her organization and calm presence throughout every moment. As a photo & video team, we truly appreciate planners who communicate well and keep the day flowing smoothly. April did exactly that! Amazing and Helpful
We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about working with our wedding coordinator. From the very beginning, she made the entire planning process feel smooth, organized, and actually enjoyable. She was always responsive, thoughtful, and one step ahead, which gave us so much peace of mind throughout. On the wedding day, everything came together absolutely beautifully—and that is entirely thanks to her. She handled every detail with such care and professionalism, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment without stress.
