Maison Amie

Maison Amie is a French finger-sandwich and canapé kitchen at 63 Thompson Street in SoHo. Every sandwich is hand-cut the morning of your event on crustless bread from a Brooklyn bakery, with fillings like cucumber and herb butter, egg salad, smoked salmon, Comté and roast beef, plus sweet ones (Nutella, PB and jam) for the tea-party crowd. Trays arrive arranged and ready for the table, no plating and no mess: a natural fit for bridal showers, engagement brunches, welcome parties and morning-after breakfasts.

No messy bites. Finger sandwiches are the one catering format guests can eat standing, in a dress, holding a glass of champagne, and still look good in photos. Most caterers treat them as an afterthought; they are all we do, so the bread is cut fresh each morning, the fillings are seasonal and French-inspired, and every tray is arranged by hand in our SoHo kitchen. You get a tray that needs zero setup, individually portioned food for any headcount, vegetarian options on every order, and drinks in pretty 20 cl cans instead of plastic cups. Small, independent and founder-run: you deal with Audrey directly from first message to delivery.
