    Don’t hesitate - book her!!

    Don’t hesitate - book her. Carrie is an angel, and I can confidently say, single-handedly made my wedding perfect, organized, and most importantly, not my problem. We hired Carrie originally when we thought we just needed a day of coordinator, so you can imagine our surprise when we had to switch our venues a month before the big day. Carrie transitioned to a more full service planner at that point and helped us seamlessly transition an entire wedding happening in a month to a brand new location. Despite it being such a stressful time, Carrie was always available for a call or a text or even just words of encouragement. She communicated with all of our vendors, created the perfect timeline, and made sure that every little detail was in place so much so that we didn’t even need to think about it. As a proudly organized and type a girl myself, not just anyone could have made me feel like they could handle it without me and I slept well at night, knowing that she was handling so much. The day came and every little moment was perfect. Most people say that there are a couple of things that will go wrong on your wedding day, but I can confidently say that didn’t happen to us because of her. Her queuing was perfect, her coordination of the vendors while at the venue was clear and concise, she handled every little detail, including keeping me and my husband apart, and she was so attuned to my emotions that when I was getting overwhelmed, she made sure to clear the room or ask what I needed. I have vivid memories of her at the venue sprinting from place to place to make sure it all went off without a hitch. All I can say is hire her. Don’t pause. don’t wonder if you really need it, just book her. I strongly believed that I did not need a planner because I had planned so much myself, and I am infinitely grateful that we brought her on regardless because it made my weeks leading up to the wedding so much more peaceful despite the last-minute changes. There were so many big and small things that I had forgotten about or didn’t even know existed. Carrie is so professional, warm, organized, and truly so responsive. There was never a time that I needed to get a hold of her that she didn’t make herself available. Even if the question was small, I knew that she would get back to me and it didn’t take three hours and two emails, I could just text her and she would promptly respond. I truly can’t recommend her more, she is such a kind and good person and extremely talented at her job. I can confidently say our wedding was the perfect day and it was largely thanks to her.

    So thankful for Carrie!

    My husband and I were very thankful to work with Events by Carrie. We had an intimate restaurant wedding with under 50 guests and initially thought we could do without a day-of-coordinator, and boy, were we wrong! Carrie was really easy to communicate with, making herself available by email/phone/Google Meet for any questions and/or concerns before the big day. We started working with her exactly one month before the wedding! She took control of all communications with our vendors and finalized our wedding day timeline, as well as supported the setup and breakdown of decor. Because of that, we went into our wedding day actually relaxed, and that was 100% because of Carrie. On the day of the wedding, every time something needed handling, she was already on it before we even noticed, especially when a crazy rainstorm decided to crash our wedding! She handled it with extreme care and calm. We didn't have to worry about a single thing, which meant we got to enjoy. Which was the greatest gift! Highly recommend trusting Carrie with your big day!

    Perfect.

    Our wedding was a dream. Every element went off without a hitch, and it couldn't have happened without Carrie!! Carrie is everything you could ask for in a wedding planner: kind, considerate, organized, detail-oriented, and on top of every element. Would (and will) recommend her to anyone who asks.     Amazing Amazing Amazing!

    Carrie was beyond fantastic—truly one of the best investments we made for our wedding. She is incredibly communicative, professional, and organized, while also being down-to-earth and genuinely easy to connect with. What stood out to me immediately was how she listens first. For context, I had already booked most of the major elements of my wedding, but with the amount of DIY involved, I realized it would likely be overwhelming for me—and for my family and friends—to manage everything on the day. I somewhat hesitantly started reaching out to coordinators, and often found that others would jump straight into telling me everything they would do, without really understanding what I needed. Carrie was completely different. She asked thoughtful questions about what I wanted the day to feel like and what kind of experience I wanted for my guests. I truly felt she was focused on understanding my vision and bringing it to life in a way that worked for me. From there, she went above and beyond at every step. She consistently reached out first to check on progress, and I was honestly amazed at how quickly she responded to texts and emails—even when I worried I might be asking too much. Without me prompting, she would often mention that she had already checked in with vendors and completed multiple confirmations, which gave me so much peace of mind. We ran into a few communication hiccups with our venue, and Carrie stepped in seamlessly and handled everything—I didn’t have to lift a finger. Even though we’re both based in the city and the venue was about 1.5–2 hours away, she insisted on doing a site visit as part of her services, which meant so much. On the wedding day itself, there were zero hiccups. My family, friends, my husband, and I were all able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics. I had planned many of the décor details and left some extra elements in Carrie’s hands to use as she saw fit—and everything she set up was absolutely stunning. I truly can’t recommend Carrie enough. Having her on your team means you can actually enjoy your wedding day, knowing everything is being handled with care, thoughtfulness, and expertise. You will absolutely love having her by your side.

    Love Carrie!

    Carrie is a terrific coordinator! She's organized and adaptable, communicative, and attentive. She has a great eye for detail but never at the expense of the bigger picture, and she was always available for a call. She played an integral role in the ease and flow of our wedding day, and our vendors raved about her, too. I can't recommend her enough!
