Events Curated by Courtney is a boutique event planning firm offering full service event management and design. Based in New York, we service clients all across the tri-state area. With 15 years of event planning experience, Courtney launched Events Curated by Courtney to bring unique and thoughtfully crafted experiences to her clients, making their vision for the perfect event attainable. A native of New Jersey, Courtney always had a love of all things lifestyle. Drawn to entertaining from an early age, she developed a passion for creating memorable moments through thoughtful details and personal touches.

Having a trusted partner to help bring your event to life is something we pride ourselves on. Its not just about bringing all the elements of the event together its also about finding a calm, even headed partner to make the planning experience an enjoyable process!     As the mother of the bride, I couldn’t be more grateful for Courtney. She was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and calm throughout the entire process. On the wedding day, everything flowed so smoothly—thanks to her careful planning and quiet coordination behind the scenes. I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing we were in such capable hands. She made what could have been a stressful day feel effortless and full of joy. We’re beyond thankful!

    The wedding was fantastic with many special touches and great attention to every detail from the elegant venue to the unique flowers and decor. The selection of food and beverages throughout the event was exceptional. It was obvious Courtney put a great deal of time and effort into planning the wedding.

    Where do we start?! Details made Simple she's simply the BEST coordinator out there. After postponing our wedding a few times, we were reshuffled and placed in the capable hands of Courtney. And holy cow are we LUCKY. A week before our wedding the venue suffered damage from a storm and on our actual wedding day, we got the unexpected surprise of a flash flood warning (honestly, go figure). Courtney got to work, arriving earlier than she needed to, coordinating with our vendors and the venue to execute the most beautiful and FLAWLESS rain plan we've ever seen. Honestly, there are few words to adequately describe Courtney what she means to hubby and me. We couldn't have imagined our day without her. She was a beacon of trust, strength, stability, and was always 100% in control and executing all the planning we had done. She knew how nervous and anxious we were and helped us make decisions quickly and confidently. She truly never waivered or flustered (even when we were a bag of sweaty nerves asking 42,000 questions). At one point she even joined us on the dance floor and boy can she MOVE! It was an awesome surprise. She was SO excellent, I had people coming up to me saying "wow is that your coordinator, she is ON TOP OF IT". We are truly grateful to Courtney and her team. What excites us even more than an awesome wedding, is that we hope we've made a new lifelong friend XOXO
