With years of experience in the always fast paced Art Department for TV/Film, coupled with her experience working in flower studios, Anika brings a different perspective to her flower game. Marigolds is an AAPI, Woman-owned small business located in Astoria, Queens.

    Playful, Lush, Whimsical July 4th Wedding

    Anika is a visionary! Her gorgeous, whimsical style caught our eye and it was love at first sight. We vibed right away during our consultation. She helped us bring our vision of a playful, lush, colorful meadow to life for our July 4th wedding. We asked for flowers that evoked fireworks and wow did she deliver with those alliums! We loved that all her flowers are sourced as locally as possible, and with no pesticides. Anika was also fantastic at working within our budget, showing us ways we could stretch our funds to maximize floral impact, like reusing some of our chuppah flower installation at the sweetheart table. My bouquet was out of this world, and all the personal flowers had special touches. We felt so taken care of by Anika and her team. We highly recommend Marigolds Florals!

    Truly Impressed

    Marigolds Florals did one of the best jobs I have seen from start to finish for a wedding. Working in the wedding industry myself as a vendor, I know how tempting it is to go on "autopilot" and treat each event with a hint of "its just another Tuesday". It's truly refreshing to see someone as talented and passionate as Anika and her team challenge that norm and exceed expectations. The attention to detail, punctuality, and communication she possesses makes this vendor worth your business and support. Her ability to execute the vision my fiancee and I had for our wedding was perfect while simultaneously adding her own creative spin to it. She is also such an amicable and caring individual! Anika is by all means the best definition of the word "artist" and my fiancé and I congratulate her for doing such an amazing job. I highly recommend Marigolds Florals for any wedding, special occasion, or any event you may have. You will not regret it.

    Your Best Decision

    Where do I start? I found Marigolds and its brilliant owner Anika when the wedding gods smiled down at me and led me to her. I reached out and it was an instant click -- Anika is caring, funny, wickedly talented, but most importantly, honest and transparent, which meant a lot to a budget bride like me. She listened to my half-baked vision (filled with more concepts and vibes, than concrete details) and brought real options to life. She was communicative and responsive, delivering on the lookbooks and meeting with my spouse and I more times than any other vendor. She was patient when I changed my mind or showed uncertainty, and outlined the real costs associated with those changes with an empathetic and problem-solving mindset. I'm not exaggerating when I say every single one of our guests told us that our wedding florals were their favorite decoration at the wedding. My coworkers showed me an album of over 50 pictures of my wedding flowers alone... that's saying something. I'm an emphatic advocate for Marigolds because their quality of care, service, and skill deserve it. And I'm writing this review because every person preparing for such an important day as their wedding deserves to work with someone like Anika.

    The best of the best!

    I can't even express in words how much we loved working with Marigolds Florals. Anika was insanely helpful and understood our vision right away. She was communicative and realistic with us and we never felt pressured to spend more than we were comfortable. She always gave us options and alternatives and our guests couldn't stop raving about our florals! HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking for a gorgeous day!

    TRUE ARTISTRY! HIRE MARIGOLDS FLORALS TODAY!!

    Anika her team are wizards. Floral was my biggest priority and central to the overall vision. Not to brag, but several guests remarked on how it was "the best wedding they've been to," which I fully attribute to Marigolds. From the start, Anika was responsive and considerate. Throughout the process, she was incredibly supportive (especially when we, err, fell off with admin) and consistently patient. @New Brides! This is a unique skill that you'll cherish from your vendors! On top of being an absolute pleasure to work with, she and her team are true artists. I ambitiously asked for live moss to be installed on columns in the reception space and she delivered. All of my guests were floored. I can't think about it without wanting to cry! Moss aside, Anika and her team push boundaries across everything they do. From the bouquet and boutonniere, to the ceremony arch, it's clear that she has a distinct understanding of structure and design. The table scapes were also visionary, designed from moss platforms with anthuriums, garlic, and beech mushrooms–the latter coming as a complete surprise. She listened to our budget concerns, suggested reasonable and beautiful alternatives when necessary, and delivered unbelievable work. Can't recommend Marigolds Florals enough. Total professionals and artists. Seriously. Book them!
