When we found the wedding venue of our dreams, we were surprised that they required a wedding planner, which we did not think was necessary. But oh boy, were we wrong! Once our wedding planner Lee was on board we came to appreciate the hundreds of details required for a successful wedding, which was customized to our vision. Lee executed an organized timeline, including routine meetings, helping identify vendors and day of coordination just to name a few. Lee furnished our weekend with personalized stationery featuring our own logo, along with dozens of other little touches that left our guests repeatedly commenting (unprompted) on how every detail was thought of and this was the most spectacular wedding they ever attended. Lee took care of it all so we were left to just enjoy the company of our friends and family. We look forward to more celebrations where we can work with her and her delightful team again!

Talk about making the impossible, possible! I had worked with MVW Events to plan a surprise engagement picnic for my then girlfriend, now wife. Around the time, I was wrapping up my graduate program and set to graduate the day after I planned on proposing. MVW helped me set the vision for the picnic and coordinated sourcing vendors for the right deals on items that would make the moment extra special. With all the details in place, I was confident in what we had planned and was actually less nervous about the whole bended knee thing because of it. Fast forward to the day of and guess what ... It RAINED!! so the park area I had in mind did not allow folks on the grass after fresh rain so we had to change plans on the fly. Morgan and her super creative brain proposed she and her team set up everything in my apartment instead. That way we could have everything we needed for the occasion within arms reach. She even secretly met me while I was out with my partner at a school event to grab my apartment keys and head over to set everything up while I was out. When we got home, when I say the place looked like MAGIC!! We were both blown away (but of course I had an idea of what to expect). And of course, it went perfectly from there. We are now coming on a year happily married and I would not have had the confidence to execute such a plan on my own. THANK YOU Morgan & Team!! 10/10 Recommend!

First off- if you are thinking of hiring a wedding planner in general but are not sure- just do it. It is the best money we spent of our entire wedding budget. But if you are going to hire a planner, specifically hire Eleve Events. Our experience with this company was incredible. From our first meeting to the wedding day Kristen and her team kept us organized and on track but more importantly let the process feel fun! I have heard from many couples that the time in their relationship in which they fought the most was wedding planning- it was NOT that experience for us. We got to feel in love and relaxed being engaged and she took care of all of the logistics. She gauged right away how involved we wanted to be in the planning process and let us continue our busy lives without stressing about the wedding planning. At the beginning of wedding planning pre-Covid19, we didn't think wedding planners were a necessity; surely we can manage everything on our own with the help of family and friends, right? But life happened in ways no one expected, and so we came across Wonders & Weddings. After a brief session in which we discussed what we have envisioned for our wedding and the details of everything we had prepared ourselves, Khun Wannida showed us what "more" we could achieve with her help, and so the process of turning dreams into reality began. My friends and family know that I am a perfectionist and can't relax unless things are running smoothly. From our initial phone call with Sarah, I knew that she was the perfect person to bring our dream wedding weekend to life. Her goal was to know our vision, understand our style, and execute so that we could enjoy the night and not have to think about anything the day of. It's safe to say that was a success - I was the most "chill bride" all weekend long and that was entirely because of the care and detail that Sarah put into every second of our weekend. We brought Sarah on towards the end of our planning process (3 months before the wedding), and although everything was perfect, I wish we started working together sooner. Sarah is calm, organized, SO easy to talk to, and allowed us to be ourselves throughout the planning process. Her expertise guided us the whole way while still ensuring that every detail was unique to us. She worked to build a package around what we needed the most support with to ensure that we had no gaps in our prep/day of planning and coordination. Being that we found most of our own vendors before hiring Sarah, she was the perfect person to pull them all together with her collaborative personality, stress-free nature and smile! Sarah attended floral meetings, tastings, final prep calls with each vendor and answered every email, text and phone call filled with countless questions. We had a master timeline and checklist to make sure we stayed on top of everything from final vendor payments to "purchase hangers for bridesmaid pajamas." Fast forward to the wedding weekend... Sarah coordinated all of our venue / rehearsal dinner / hotel item drop offs and made sure that all of the buses ran smoothly. She planned every minute of the wedding day, and the schedule ran like clockwork, while Sarah and her team worked tirelessly behind the scenes. They were exactly where they needed to be at EVERY twist and turn - it was so impressive and all due to Sarah's organizational skills and incredible communication with her team. Sarah even did a full item by item inventory check at my parents house for the pre-wedding pick up (and post-wedding drop off). Anything that did not go according to plan, Sarah confidently took charge, found a solution, and then let me know about it (just for awareness - not for us to take any action). For example, there was a miscommunication with the florals in my bouquet - Sarah knew immediately that this was not what I wanted and before I could even get out the words, she calmly said "I know this is not what you asked for, but don't worry at all. This is an easy fix and I will work with the florist to make it right!" Because of Sarah I was truly a stress free bride and we had the BEST TIME at our own wedding. No wedding is too big or too small and no idea is too unrealistic for Sarah to bring to life. We miss the planning process mostly because we don't have an excuse to talk to Sarah multiple times each week. Sarah truly became like family to us and we can't recommend her enough!!

When we say Taylor EXCEEDED our expectations, we truly mean that. From start to finish Taylor was such a calming and supportive presence in our lives. During the planning portion of our event, Taylor communicated with all of our vendors and made sure we were always on the same page. She was organized and had all of our contracts, seating charts, floor plans etc all in one google doc making it extremely easy to follow and stay on track. As the wedding got closer, we had weekly calls to make sure we tied up any loose ends and that all the vendors were on the same page. The wedding day was beyond perfect. Taylor looked like a boss woman the whole time with her clipboard and made sure that she was keeping everyone in line and on track of time. There were a few times when things didn’t go as planned like having to move the ceremony inside due to rain and changing the floorpan last minute but she handled that with STRIDE. She made all the executive decisions and explained them to us calmly. We trusted that no matter what, she would make the best decision for us in the end and she 100% did! Everything ended up working out better than planned and we will be talking about this day for years to come. At the end of the event, Taylor helped all the vendors pack everything up and out of the venue and made sure that nothing was left behind. We could not recommend her enough as your wedding planner. She is strong, resilient and intelligent. She is organized, reliable and knows exactly what she is doing! You can really see how much she loves what she does and how she strives to be the best she can be every step of the way. If we could give more than 5 stars we would! We absolutely LOVED Jessica and her team. One of the most important vendors you book after securing your venue, is your planner. Jessica was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process right from the very beginning. She helped us vet and book vendors, she gave us so many resources with all different FAQ's on seating charts, a fully written out timeline by month, an cute emergency kit on the day of the wedding and so SO much more. She truly brought our wedding day vision to life and never told us "no" when things weren't in budget, she would always say that she would "figure it out for us" and she ALWAYS DID! There were very random items (such as a green couch) that I had fallen in love with during the planning process and Jessica moved things around in the budget to ensure we got our green couch. She even put us in contact with a vendor she had worked with in the past to ensure we got a great deal on it. Anything we wanted, she made sure was all set for us on the wedding day. The timeline of the wedding day was so smooth and all of our other vendors was complimenting how organized everything was for them since Jessica reached out before the wedding to give them final “day of” details. My mom would not stop mentioning how she wants to get married again, just to have Jessica throw her a big party haha. I am so sad that the wedding planning process is over because I loved sending her random inspo pics from Pinterest and talking about how we could achieve the look for less money. She is the bargain QUEEN and is so extremely crafty. Jessica and her team created ALL of our signage with the beautiful boho theme that we wanted. From the "welcome sign" to the "signature drinks" sign, Jessica hand painted and dyed every single fabric we needed to match the theme. She was AMAZING!!! We will recommend her and the Pine Events Co team to every engaged couple we meet because without her our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

Charissa is an excellent planner and coordinator! I started working with her with our venue booked, but pretty much no other vision or idea of how I wanted our wedding to be. She was patient, provided suggestions and recommended excellent vendors to help it all come together, and was also on top of all vendor communications. It was also super easy to schedule time and get in touch with her throughout the whole process (15 months of planning!), even if it was just for 10-minute call to touch base on random questions that we had. She, Kevin and Melissa also did an excellent job coordinating day-of and making sure everything was set up, cleaned up, and ran smoothly. She was also available throughout the day (and into the winddown at night!) to answer any questions that came up. Having Charissa and her team really removed so much stress from wedding planning and the wedding day. Highly recommended!

We never expected to have the perfect wedding, but thanks to Kate and Jen/Green Apple, we truly had the perfect wedding for us. Between choosing the venue, picking the band, dealing with COVID uncertainties, actually running the show the day of, and a million other things, they were always responsive, patient, and so much fun to work with. It’s hard to know what the perfect wedding will look like ahead of time, and although we had some vague general ideas and a couple weirdly specific requests, we weren’t really sure about how it would all come together. Kate and Jen took the time to listen to us, giving us formal questions and plenty of their time to talk things out informally. It felt like they immediately got what we were saying and had ideas about how to make our wedding come to life. They were honest when they thought something might not work, and creative when we were trying to come up with solutions to an issue. All of that was so important because it could often feel really hard to plan a wedding while managing two busy careers and everything else in our lives, and it was so reassuring to know we had them making sure everything was on track. Their experience and their willingness to get to know us made everything come together that whole weekend in a way we’ll never forget. The best part about working with Kate and Jen is how much they clearly LOVE what they do, and truly feel invested in the couples that they are planning with. This really does not feel like just a job to them, and we felt so supported throughout by their warm and personal approach. We genuinely miss them so much already, and it's only been a month since our wedding.

A day-of-coordinator is one of the last wedding vendors I considered, and working with Cindy made me wish I booked her right after getting engaged! Every step of the process working with Cindy demonstrated her professionalism, skill, and kindness. From our first consultation call, she immediately put me at ease and shared her own experience with weddings similar to ours. Throughout the planning process, she was highly accessible starting from the time we booked with her, striking the best balance of offering her perspective while encouraging us to make the decision that was best for us. She also offered invaluable insight such as recommending an excellent videographer who we were very happy with. Despite her busy schedule during peak wedding season, she always ensured that I, my now husband, and parents felt heard and received her full attention. The night before my wedding, a vendor reached out with a timing concern that would have led me to panic had it not been for Cindy, who solved the issue without my having to give it a second thought, leading to the ceremony entrance that my husband and I dreamed of. The day of my wedding, Cindy and Caroline immediately brought a sense of calm and joy when my bridesmaids and I were getting ready, and were on top of little wrinkles that arose in the plan, such as when a transportation vendor didn’t show up. I hadn’t realized that there would be so many wedding items to keep track of (vendor gratuities, favors, signs, toasting flutes, etc etc etc), but Cindy and Caroline ensured that all these things were set up correctly at the venue, and packed up at the end of the night. Overall, it is hard to imagine how the day would have gone without them. They were unquestionably an essential part of how we were able to enjoy some calm and lots of fun during our wedding day, and we are so grateful to them!

Petite Planning was born from our own wedding planning journeys, where we felt lost, completely unsure if we were getting a good deal or not, and overwhelmed with all the resources online nowadays about how to plan a wedding. Our team is comprised of planners from a variety of backgrounds - investment banking, special needs education, corporate event planning, marketing and PR, and more. Amanda and Bridget were incredibly helpful in the weeks leading up to and the day of our wedding. (We chose the day-of coordination package.) We could not have done it without them! They thought of and took care of all the little details -- from having extra bobby pins and Shout wipes in their "fanny packs of magic" to hand delivering our signage and decorations to the venue. Amanda also went above and beyond to help us with a special request so we could just relax and concentrate on having a wonderful wedding. And, as is they didn't do enough already, Amanda also helped my wife coordinate a great surprise for me during our reception. Amazing!

I was referred to Nina by my fiancé's friend [note that my fiancé was so over me planning the wedding me on my own]. I had fun on my day, I was relaxed and look like I was truly enjoying our day in ALL the photos. Adding that Nina also flew in a DJ from Miami who I was and am a fan of. I thought it would be a gazillion dollars, but it was just a little bit more than the local DJs. Her industry experience def gives her an edge and made us look super cool.

I was the type of bride who was very particular. I had a vision of what I wanted, but was a little bit overwhelmed and was not sure how we would ultimately get there. I did my research, and after speaking with several potential planner candidates, I can honestly say that going with Blush Bouquet Wedding Planners was a no brainer for me. While other planners were rigid on where their role began and ended (i.e. exactly what they were willing to help with), Bari (the owner) was completely flexible to do whatever it took to bring our vision to life. She customized her planning service package to fit my needs, and adjusted pricing accordingly to ensure that it made the most sense for both parties— if you’ve been planning a wedding for 5 minutes you’ll understand how unique that is. From the moment we chatted during my initial consultation with Blush Bouquet Wedding Planners, I knew that they would transform our wedding day dreams into a reality. Bari was an amazing advocate, and was integral in helping us to finalize contracts with hotels for guest blocks, and key vendors for our special day. Through her extensive contacts in the wedding industry, she was able to help negotiate on our behalf to get us some amazing discounts which saved us a great deal of money. While the rest of the vendors I worked with were much more transactional, Bari genuinely cared about me and my future husband. I can’t even really tell you how important this piece was to me during the final weeks, and it gave me such a sense of confidence and reaffirmed my faith in both her and her team. On the wedding day itself, Bari and her Blush Bouquet Wedding Planners team absolutely blew us out of the water!!! They were early, and had such a calming presence for both me and my bridal party. They kept us 100% on schedule at all times. I had an urgent situation arise with my wedding dress (as a result of a poor seamstress decision on my part), and Bari, who, in magical turn of events, also happens to have some seamstress experience, was on her hands and knees making all of the necessary adjustments to my dress. No one had any idea that we had literally altered it moments before I walked down the aisle! She had her team on-site at our reception venue location coordinating everything to make sure that every single detail that we outlined together was executed to perfection. We had the absolute best time on our wedding day— my husband and I so were able to feel completely carefree (BEYOND rare for me) and euphorically happy and in love, and I can truthfully say that Bari and her team blessed us with that luxury because we were able to trust them whole heartedly. I am so lucky to have found you, and I will continue to scream your praises from the rooftop for years to come!
