Yes, it’s a bit long, but there honestly aren’t enough words to describe how incredible Megha and the HOP team are—especially if you’re planning an Indian wedding. If you’re even thinking about hiring her, take this as your sign: stop overthinking and just DO IT. You will not regret it.
Megha is worth every single penny—and then some. She’s organized, detail-oriented, thoughtful, kind, sharp, and so genuinely invested in her couples. But what really sets her apart is how she handles the scale, emotion, and complexity of an Indian wedding.
From our very first meeting, my husband and I knew we were in the best hands. As two physicians with demanding schedules we needed someone we could completely trust and Megha delivered beyond anything we imagined. From the smallest details to the biggest moments, she was there every step of the way and even a step ahead.
Indian weddings are no joke—multiple events, outfit changes, large guest lists, cultural traditions, FAMILY EXPECTATIONS… it’s a LOT. Megha handled everything so effortlessly and even our families grew to love her attention to detail and precision. From coordinating the mehendi, sangeet, haldi, ceremony, and reception to managing timelines across all events, she made what could have been overwhelming feel smooth and even enjoyable.
And decision fatigue? VERY real, especially with an Indian wedding. Megha took the time to truly understand my style—what I liked, what I didn’t—and made so many behind-the-scenes decisions on my behalf. She just got it, which made such a difference.
We started with budgeting, and she absolutely nailed it. Megha is incredibly flexible and resourceful—she can work within any budget without compromising the experience. She never showed me options outside of what we were comfortable with, which I appreciated so much. (The only time I went over budget was for my outfit—and that was 100% my doing haha)
When it came to vendors, she suggested people who matched our vision, understood the cultural elements, and stayed within budget.
As the wedding approached, she checked in constantly, which meant everything during such a busy and emotional time. And during the actual wedding it rained and we needed to rely on our backup plan. she handled it all so calmly that I never once felt stressed. That level of execution is rare.
For the record, I didn’t know Megha before this, and there’s absolutely no incentive behind this review. I’m just a bride who feels incredibly lucky and so grateful to have had such an AMAZING planner for such a big, beautiful, and meaningful celebration.”
