An amazing experience from start to finish!

We worked with Chelsea to plan two different NYC events for our wedding - a small ceremony in December, and a large reception in February. Before working with her, my now-husband and I had little more than a general concept, and a hope that we could achieve the experience for ourselves and our guests that we wanted. From the first meeting we had with her, we knew she was not only going to help us realize our vision, she was going to elevate it. Along with an amazing attention to detail and rigorous project management skills, Chelsea brings a wealth of industry contacts and relationships that allowed us to get creative with how and where we brought our events to life, as well as a sophisticated eye for design and overall event flow. In short, without her, our wedding events and planning process would have been nowhere near as special, and the trust we had in her to bring everything across the finish line allowed my husband and I to truly just relax and enjoy our events. She is nothing short of spectacular at what she does, and it was a pleasure to get to know and work with her.

Hiring Chelsea Song Events was easily the BEST decision we made during our wedding planning process. Our wedding day in DUMBO at The River Cafe was perfect and seamless — a large part of that was due to her help and coordination. She made sure all of our vendors came on time and knew where they had to be throughout the day. Creating a wedding day timeline was a bit of a struggle. However, Chelsea came to the rescue and drafted a timeline that made sense and did not leave out any important details. I had many questions throughout the planning process that Chelsea had no issue answering. Whether you want a traditional or non-traditional wedding, Chelsea is there to accommodate. Overall, I believe having a coordinator is a must if you want to solely focus on enjoying your wedding day. I’m so happy we chose Chelsea Song Events!

Chelsea is the epitome of professionalism, class, and patience. I would endorse her to anyone and everyone, but that would mean that I wouldn’t have the chance to work with her again because she’d be fully booked! She helped me plan everything for my engagement and I felt like I didn’t need to lift a finger. During the actual engagement, I didn’t have to worry about a thing because she took care of it while I just worried about my responsibilities. Highly recommend her!

I cannot recommend Chelsea enough for anyone planning their wedding! She orchestrated our special day at Quinta da Bella Vista in Sintra, and it was simply perfect.
