While every coordinator has their own unique style, each process includes a kick-off call, building your custom day-of timeline, liaising with all your vendors, and being on-site to run the event day-of. We hired Christina as our day-of coordinator and highly recommend her! She was so enthusiastic about helping execute the vision for our wedding. She embraced new ideas, was extremely detail-oriented, and always happy to answer questions and give opinions when we needed advice. We had a venue that was only able to communicate via phone and that did not slow Christina down at all. On top of that, she kept us ahead of schedule the entire time on the big day all while being a joy to interact with. We got many compliments from our family and friends about her keeping things running smoothly at all times and being so friendly and accommodating. Could not recommend her services more!

We truly cannot imagine our wedding without Abby. From the beginning, she gave us full confidence that everything was completely under control—and she delivered. Our goal was to be fully present on the day and not worry about a single detail, and that’s exactly what happened. Beyond her incredible organization and attention to detail, she brought a calming and easygoing energy that made the entire experience more fun. She was great to work with—professional, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. Not only was she great for us, she was mindful of our parents and family, and a bunch of them commented on her professionalism throughout and after the wedding. Thanks to Abby, we got to actually enjoy our wedding day without stress, and we’re endlessly grateful.

I had such a great experience with Jamie's coordination of Nora & Rhys' wedding! They did an amazing job. The day couldn't have gone more smoothly. Every detail was attended to and nothing forgotten. Jamie was completely cool under pressure, had everything under control, and they were just a fun person to be around. I couldn't recommend them more!
