I'm Victoria, Owner + Lead Planner at Presley Planning with four years experience in the wedding industry and seven years in beauty marketing. My unique background is where I became the detail-oriented and creative professional that I am today (& weddings are ALL about the details!). My wedding experience includes traditional and non-traditional venues, large outdoor tented weddings and bespoke intimate ceremonies. I customize each package to my clients’ needs and make sure you're enjoying the process along the way! The only thing I love more than my husband + two pups (George + Henry), is making my clients' dream wedding vision come to life!

Our event planning services start with a consultation to understand what you're looking for (and if you're not sure, we can help with that, too!). Full-service planning can include venue search, vendor selections and design. Each package is customized to the needs of the client, because no two weddings or events are the same! You'll gain access to our preferred vendor list of trustworthy + creative professionals and our years of expertise!

Feel like you've gotten the "big things" planned like venue and vendors, but need help with the timeline, decor and details? If you don't need full-service planning but are looking for more help than month-of coordination, partial planning is for you! We can fully customize our services to your planning needs so you get those absolute most out of your day.

Need a wedding planner that can also coordinate a welcome party, rehearsal dinner, or wedding weekend brunch? You can add on these services to any of our wedding packages. With a free consultation we can customize our services to your wedding needs!

Also known as "Month-Of Coordination" this package includes support 4-6 weeks out from your wedding day. With this package, we will help finalize your wedding timeline and decor checklist, coordinate vendors and oversee set-up to your vision (we're not afraid to get hands on!). We coordinate the day-of, manage flow of guests + vendors and problem-solve any issues that may arise so you can fully enjoy your day!

    We got married September 17th and could not be happier with the services Victoria and her team provided for us. Victoria will become your new bff during the wedding planning process and was always happy to proofread an invitation or help me pick a napkin color. She went well above and beyond my expectations and really provided a stress free year of wedding planning. Victoria coordinated with all my vendors and handled all communication the month of my wedding. This was a huge weight off my shoulders with so many other appointments during that busy time. She provided a website that made our seating chart planning painless and everything off our wedding to-do list was completed (including things I didn’t even think of). The day of our wedding, an overwhelming sigh of relief flooded over me when Victoria walked in with a huge smile on her face, ready to conquer whatever issues arised during the day. She was resolving problems before they even became an issue and before me as the bride even caught wind of what was going on. Victoria, Shannon, and Kyle were such an important part of our big day. They handled all venue and vendor coordination during set up for the wedding and made sure everything was exactly to my liking that we discussed in the weeks leading up to our day. From running to purchase a missing bow tie for the groom to making sure I was holding my bouquet right before walking down the aisle, the Presley Planning team ensured our wedding was going to be perfect. The minute I felt a single drop of rain while taking photos, Shannon had an umbrella over my head, and Kyle always made sure I had a sip of water ready between pictures. Victoria truly thinks of everything. We had a guest feel ill and head home before dinner was served. She had their meals boxed and ran them out to the car as the guests were leaving so that they were still able to enjoy their dinners. At the end of the night, Victoria made sure everything was packed into our car, cleaned up, and sent important items and boxed dinner with my husband and I on the shuttle. Our wedding day was nothing short of magical and I truly have Victoria and her team to thank for such a perfect day. Victoria goes well above and beyond what the venue coordinators and bridal attendants do for you, essentially making sure all moving parts of your wedding day run smoothly. We highly, highly recommend Presley Planning for your wedding coordination.

    Victoria, Danielle and Kyle can solve and will solve absolutely anything that comes up on the big day and all the days leading up. I was a bride on a budget so was unsure if I "needed" a planner. Let me tell you, you do, and you freaking deserve it. No matter how much you plan you WILL need her. Every question, she has the answer and the 4 weeks leading up to your wedding are insane, so the fact that she coordinated all the communication with vendors legit saved my job. Day of, she and her squad showed up with a legit Mary Poppins bag of anything you would need day of. From safety pins to foot numbing spray to q tips. Because all of the reviews of planners on this site are glowing and positive, which makes it hard to choose, let me list out what she did for me as she was actually a super woman planner. 1. On my way to the church I realized I didn't have my veil. I gave her a call, she picked up on the first ring and didn't even bother to ask me where it was all she said was "no problem"! She sped back to venue and retrieved it and made it back to the church right on time. 2. After a sunshine filled week nothing short of an actual cyclone descended on my wedding day. I was determined to make my boardwalk pics happen (despite that legit never being possible). As I looked at my frigid bridesmaids I couldn't hold it in and the full sob occurred. We relocated into the venue and I was shocked to find my venue 100% set up 2 hours early and it looked absolutely stunning. Victoria had foreseen this inevitability and saved my day. 3. Oh and about the full sob, she was there with a large glass of Chardonnay, the perfect shade of Dior lip gloss and a beauty blender to patch me back together after. 4. The entire day went on exactly as planned per the timeline bc she was there! Ladies, your not going to be wearing your Apple Watch on your wedding day and you are going to be so emotional you don't deserve to be thinking about what's next. 5. We forgot my MIL favorite bottle of wine at my dads house, Danielle zoomed to his house, got in using a hidden key, retrieved it and showed up and handed it to me drenched from the rain. 6. After my wedding day when I felt guilty for having social anxiety the day of she was so supportive and honest in telling me all my feelings were 100% normal and don't trust everything you see on instagram (many brides are unprepared for 300 eyes on them). Last thing, unlike some NJ planners that only do weddings over 100k, she isn't like that AT ALL. The best planners can work with any budget, and Victoria is actually THE BEST.

    Presley Planning took all of my wedding day stress away! As my day-of planner, Victoria, set the tone for a relaxing morning while she took care of the day-of logistics! Cannot say enough good things about Presley Planning!!! Had I met Victoria sooner I would’ve hired her for more than just day-of services. Every bride needs a wedding planner!!!
