Born in Puerto Rico. Moved to Florida in 2001 with my two children, Daniel & Fátima. Since July 2014 I have been married to my husband Lindsey. I am a proud Grandmother to a beautiful baby boy named Kai. He has definitely stolen my heart! Since I was a little girl, weddings fascinated me...     Our wedding planning experience with Vanessa

    Working with Vanessa was truly one of the best parts of our entire wedding experience. From the moment we met her, she brought such a calm and confident energy that immediately put us at ease. She listened so carefully to our vision and not only understood it she elevated it. Every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and creativity. Vanessa kept us organized, communicated seamlessly with our vendors, and made sure no small detail was overlooked. What could have been a stressful process turned into something joyful and exciting because of her. On the wedding day, Vanessa was nothing short of amazing. Everything ran smoothly from setup to our sparkler send-off and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She made sure we were fully present and able to enjoy every moment. I’m the owner and lead coordinator of the company, so you’ll be working directly with me throughout the entire planning process. I personally handle all communication, planning details, and coordination to ensure a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish. On the wedding day itself, I may bring in trusted assistant coordinators if needed, depending on the size and logistics of the event, so everything runs smoothly and you’re fully supported.
The amount of time we’ll spend together really depends on the level of coordination and support you need, but my goal is always to be available, responsive, and fully present throughout the planning process. You can expect regular communication leading up to the wedding through emails, questionnaires, planning meetings, and check-ins to make sure every detail is covered. On the wedding day, I’ll be there to oversee the timeline, vendor coordination, and overall flow so you can truly enjoy the day stress-free.
Yes, absolutely! In addition to weddings, I also coordinate and assist with events such as bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, engagement celebrations, and other special occasions related to your wedding weekend. My goal is to help create a cohesive and stress-free experience for you and your guests throughout every celebration.
I intentionally limit the number of weddings and events I take on so that each couple receives my full attention and a personalized experience. I do not book multiple weddings on the same day, as I want to ensure I’m fully present and dedicated to your celebration from start to finish. Depending on the scope and timing of events, I may take on select events within the same weekend, but I’m very mindful about scheduling to make sure every client feels fully supported and prioritized.
I’ve had the pleasure of coordinating and planning weddings and special events with a focus on creating organized, meaningful, and beautifully personalized experiences for each couple. My approach is very detail-oriented and client-focused, which allows couples to feel supported, heard, and stress-free throughout the planning process.
