Hello! My name is Madelaine, owner of Exquisite Elegant Events LLC. I’m thrilled to be part of your wedding planning journey. My goal is to take the stress off your shoulders so you and your families can enjoy every moment of your special day. I’ve lived in Central Florida since I was five and know the area well. With a degree in Event Management from UCF, I’ve built a business focused on bringing each couple’s unique vision to life. Weddings are my passion, and I’m committed to making every event truly exquisite. I look forward to working with you—congratulations on your upcoming nuptials!
My background in luxury hospitality and my Event Management degree from UCF give me both the creative eye and operational skill to flawlessly execute your day. I understand venues, vendors, timelines, and guest experience on a deeper level than most planners. My couples always say I’m the calm in the chaos. No matter what happens behind the scenes, you’ll never know—because I handle it quickly, quietly, and professionally so you stay present in the moment.

This package includes contract review, design advice, rehearsal coordination, full day wedding coordination, overseeing vendor set up and forming a schedule so that you can truly set away from planning to enjoy your day. | Congratulations you've made it to the finish line! Now you just need me to help you execute the day and cross that finish line. I come in 1-2 months prior to your wedding date where I offer 10-14 hours of coordination, rehearsal coordination, assist with light setup, vendor coordination, and vendor communication. Please reach out for a free consultation so we can discuss your day and how to bring your wedding dreams alive! | Congratulations you are eloping! The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding!
Madelaine was truly incredible, and I honestly don’t know how I would have gotten through our wedding without her. From our very first call, she was supportive, organized, enthusiastic, and everything you could hope for in a month-of coordinator. She helped me create a detailed timeline, asked all the right questions, made sure nothing was overlooked, and was always quick to communicate. Her professionalism and attention to detail gave me so much confidence leading up to the wedding. She attended our rehearsal the day before and made sure everything ran smoothly. On our wedding day, she checked in with me throughout the morning, kept me updated on everything happening behind the scenes, and made me feel completely at ease. I was able to truly enjoy the day because I knew she had everything under control. One of my favorite moments was actually her idea! She suggested that I do a second entrance in my reception dress, coordinated everything with the DJ, and helped create the perfect moment for an amazing TikTok video. She’s full of creative ideas and genuinely wants your wedding to be as fun and memorable as possible. If you’re considering hiring Madelaine, don’t hesitate. We used her month-of coordination package, and it was one of the best decisions we made. I can’t recommend her enough and am so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect.

Maddie is one of the best wedding planners I have worked with. She always goes above and beyond for her clients and is extremely detail oriented when it comes to the flow of weddings.
