If you are getting married at Disney you can not get married without michelle. She handled absolutely EVERYTHING for us. I didn’t have to worry about a thing and she was there every step of the way. I cannot recommend her enough. She and her team are amazing in every way!!

If you are planning a Disney wedding and want a partner who actually knows how to navigate all the moving parts, we cannot recommend Michelle enough. From start to finish, she was organized, responsive, calm, and completely invested in making our day seamless. Michelle coordinated all of our outside vendors flawlessly, aligned timelines across teams, and handled logistics we didn’t even realize could become stress points. She ensured the delivery of our extra wedding items to the reception, then personally coordinated their return to our hotel at the end of the night—an above-and-beyond detail that speaks volumes about her professionalism and care. Equally important, she was a steady presence throughout the process. Questions popped up (as they always do), and Michelle was consistently available, reassuring, and solutions-focused. Her confidence and experience allowed us to stay present and actually enjoy our once-in-a-lifetime event. We truly could not have asked for a better partner. I don’t even know where to begin—Michelle from Fairy Tales & Wedding Bells quite literally saved our wedding, working seamlessly alongside Disney to bring everything together when it felt like it was all falling apart. I hired Michelle just six weeks before our Disney wedding, after having to let go of our original planner. At that point, everything was in chaos. Our BEO was nowhere near complete, timelines hadn’t been properly created, vendor communication was lacking, and what should have been organized by our previous planner had turned into a complete unorganized disaster. I had to completely redo all of the décor and plans for our ceremony at Sea Breeze Point, Tower of Terror reception, and our farewell dinner at the Whitehall Room. I was overwhelmed, stressed, and honestly terrified that our wedding simply wasn’t going to come together. After realizing I could no longer work with the other planner, I reached out to Michelle. She texted me at like 6:30am the next morning and we immediately jumped on a call. After that call, I knew I was in excellent hands. Without any hesitation, she got right to work reviewing all the documents and putting plans together. With only six weeks to pull everything together, she stepped in, got everything organized, and was there for me every step of the way. What could have been a complete unorganized disaster turned into the Disney wedding of our dreams because of her ️ Michelle went above and beyond in every possible way. She was responsive, proactive, incredibly detail-oriented, and endlessly supportive. She walked me through what was missing, what needed to change, and what could be improved, offering thoughtful suggestions and coming up with unique ideas that made our wedding feel truly ours. She worked seamlessly with Disney, and the collaboration between them was incredible to watch. Disney was very receptive and worked proactively to bring my vision to life, and Michelle knew exactly how to partner with them to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. It truly felt like a team effort, and the results were better than I could have imagined. She managed our timelines for every event flawlessly and even suggested finishing hair and makeup 30 minutes early. That extra time allowed me to actually enjoy the moment and be fully present instead of rushed or stressed. On the wedding day, I was able to relax and just enjoy myself because I trusted Michelle completely. Everything ran smoothly, beautifully, and seamlessly from Sea Breeze Point to the Tower of Terror and all the way through our farewell dinner the next evening, and that is because of her dedication and hard work. We kept her up until 4:30am, and with very little sleep she was back the next morning with a smile on her face and excited for the next event. She somehow managed my parents when they were being difficult the morning of our ceremony, which alone deserves an award!!! If you are looking for a planner who truly cares, who will advocate for your vision, who will show up when things feel impossible and make them feel effortless, Michelle is that person. Hiring her was the best decision I made during wedding planning, and I will forever be grateful for her. In the short time I have known her, she became much more than just my wedding planner but a friend as well Thank you, Michelle, for turning an incredibly stressful situation into the most magical, beautiful, and unforgettable Disney wedding experience of our lives.

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Fairy Tales and Wedding Bells and our amazing planning team — Michelle, Noelle, and Jen. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and incredibly supportive, making our entire wedding experience feel seamless and stress-free. Michelle went above and beyond for us in a way we will never forget. The day before our wedding, she took time out of her schedule to come and be with us while the steamer was there, and that meant more to us than we can put into words. Having her there in that moment gave us such peace of mind, and it was just one example of how genuinely caring and dedicated she is to her couples. On our wedding day, Noelle and Jen were absolutely incredible. They made sure everything ran smoothly and completely took the stress off of us, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. When an unexpected situation came up — my husband’s brother accidentally leaving my husband’s phone and wallet on a bench at Disney — they handled it calmly and efficiently, ensuring everything was taken care of without us ever feeling the stress of it. Because of Michelle, Noelle, and Jen, our day was organized, calm, and truly joyful. We felt so supported every step of the way, and we are endlessly grateful for their dedication, kindness, and professionalism. We would wholeheartedly recommend Fairy Tales and Wedding Bells to any couple looking for a planning team that truly cares and goes above and beyond
