After working alongside Mike Bass of Emerald Feather Events on one wedding, I'm completely sold. As a wedding photographer with 20 years of experience in the industry, I've collaborated with countless wedding planners and coordinators, so I don't say this lightly: Mike immediately earned a spot at the top of my preferred vendor list. From the initial planning stages through the very last dance, Mike brought exceptional organization, calm professionalism, and seamless problem-solving to the entire event. He handled behind-the-scenes challenges so smoothly that guests never even sensed anything had gone sideways, which is the mark of a truly skilled wedding coordinator. the BEST investment we made
As an anxious bride, I can honestly say Mike Bass (Emerald Feather Events) gave me the greatest gift imaginable: peace of mind. From the very beginning, Mike took the time to understand our vision, answered every call, text, and email incredibly quickly, offered thoughtful advice, and handled vendor communication and venue challenges without ever adding stress to my plate. On our wedding day, Mike and his assistant Gabby kept me calm, made me feel completely taken care of, and somehow managed to keep me blissfully unaware of any challenges that came up throughout the day. I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because I knew they had everything under control. Mike and Gabby truly brought my wedding day vision to life even better than I imagined (and better than the Pinterest inspo pics I had). Every detail was beautiful, and they added thoughtful touches throughout the day that made everything feel extra special. My favorite example: Mike actually measured every place setting with a ruler because he learned I'm a stickler for perfectly straight lines- that's the level of care he puts into his work. Mike is worth his weight in gold and then some. He and Gabby are kind, organized, incredibly talented, and genuinely care - I would trust Emerald Feather Events with any event I ever plan in the future, and I already miss working with Mike. I can't recommend Emerald Feather Events highly enough – honestly, month-of-coordination with Mike was, without question, the best investment we made during our entire wedding.

Love Mike, the best coordinator!!!
Working with Mike at Emerald Feather Events was a game-changer for our wedding day. Mike took care of the behind-the-scenes coordination so we could actually enjoy being present as a couple, and he even went out of his way to help my grandma with dinner at the reception!!! What impressed us most was how he translated our vision into reality with stunning attention to detail—nothing was overlooked. He answered every question patiently and went above and beyond in ways we didn't even expect (decorating our cake, taking over when our venue dropped the ball, never letting us stress as the couple, so much more).
