My name is Chevy, owner and founder of Chevy Chey Photography & the North Texas LGBTQ+ Wedding Network. I currently reside in Denton, Texas but I was born and raised in Burkburnett, Texas. Never in a million years did I ever think or dream of becoming a professional photographer, but I am a strong believer that everything happens for a reason.

I’m your small town girl with the taste of Southern hospitality at its best with the biggest heart for the LGBTQ+ Community. I’m also a huge fan of capturing fun and unique sessions & weddings. Every session or wedding I have ever photographed has NEVER been the same and I just love that! Every session though isn’t just a session to me, it’s a new friendship that’s being formed. So all in all, I’m really looking forward to meeting you in the near future and I can’t wait to capture your amazing memories.

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 8-12 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra.
Sure do! But I can not be your photographer and videographer at the same time. So I always tell my clients they must choose which one they would like from me.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
