WELCOME and CONGRATS on your WEDDING! Hi! I'm Michael and I'm a North Texas Wedding and Portrait Photographer based out of Denton. I specialize in capturing authentic and emotional romantic and family connections in fun, artistic and creative ways. I take a cinematic approach to both my stills and video, and my portrait sessions are kept loose and fun in order to capture real moments and expressions.

I'm a natural light photographer and my style is classic editorial and documentarian and has been described as being both joyous and real. My main goal is to create high-quality images that have an emotional impact, and I love discovering and being part of capturing the unique and one-of-a-kind love story that each one of my couples has.

    Michael is an amazing photographer

    Michael is an amazing photographer. He captured our wedding so beautifully. When my husband and I were looking for a photographer, we wanted someone that knew how to work with lights, the elements presents within the frames and also had experience capturing a wide spectrum of skin hue. It was important to us as we’re an interracial couple. Our bridal parties, families and guests were all within that wide spectrum. Besides that, he is truly an expert. He made sure that all of the cultural elements of our wedding were captured. He paid attention to details for both genuine moments and instructed poses. You can literally feel the emotions when looking at the pictures. We also really appreciate his professionalism and level of care during the entire wedding day.

    Absolutely WONDERFUL!

    Michael is WONDERFUL! Definitely did not disappoint. He is very patient with the guests, family, & bridal party. It's almost as if he knew exactly what I wanted without me telling him. I was pretty nervous to have my photos taken, but the pictures turned out so beautiful. Highly recommend working with Michael.

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Yes. I offer cinematically edited highlight videos.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive an online gallery with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
You can expect about 50 to 80 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my 12 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
