To put it plainly, photography brings me joy. Being able to capture a couple's wedding day through photos is something I view as sacred, important, and deserving of my deep attention. Photos are our only souvenir, so to truly tell a love story through photos requires effort, understanding, attention, and genuine interest. When I'm working a wedding, I'm not simply pointing my camera and clicking a button. I am focusing on every detail, moment (big and small), gesture, tear, expression, sequin, and shine. For that reason, I love to work with couples whose wedding vision I can connect to and who allow me to help them see it through.

When the entire world will be telling you what to do and not do on your wedding day, I'll be encouraging you to do what YOU want to do. Wedding days don't need to be cookie-cutter experiences, where everything feels like deja vu. Your photos don't need to be boxed into a category or lack candid and creative moments. What sets my work apart is that I want to capture your day uniquely and in a way that represents your love. I don't and will never work strictly from generalized photo-lists. I LOVE and want to work with clients who respect the art of photography, who want intimate, emotional, moody, joyful, Pinterest-worthy wedding photos.

    From our first conversation with Forever October, we knew we had found our photographer. Bailey and her second shooter were responsive and thoughtful throughout the entire planning process, making sure we felt heard at every step.     Forever October was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very start, Bailey was a great communicator and when we first met for our engagement shoot, she put my husband and I completely at ease despite our nerves. She was incredibly supportive, helping me with my dress and veil when I needed an extra hand, and efficiently managing our time when the wedding timeline (inevitably, lol) got a bit behind. The end results were amazing, and we’re overjoyed with the beautiful photos that perfectly captured our perfect day. In short, yes! Because I care deeply about my clients being happy with the services they receive, I want to make sure that my clients are a great match for me and that I'm the best match for them! I don't say YES to all potential clients who reach out, because my goal isn't just to photo-document your wedding, but to take pictures that you LOVE of your biggest moments. For that reason, I do phone or video call consultations with all of my potential clients!
Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame. If your wedding date is soon-approaching, contacting me sooner rather than later is your best bet in order to hold your wedding date! As a courtesy, I place a hold on my calendar for your wedding date for 5 days following our initial consultation.
Yes! In order to formally book your wedding date, I require a 50% deposit. Client's are welcome to pay in full & receive a discount, but it is not required & is not asked of you.
Absolutely. I want to protect myself and YOU. As such, all clients are required to read & e-sign a legally binding contract. Once signed, the client will receive a copy for their records. The contract addresses topics such as the details of the services being purchased, non-payment, refund issuance, cancellations & rescheduling, venue changes, photographer replacement in the event of sickness/injury/scheduling conflict, media release, and artistic release.
Definitely. All final images will be edited! It is not in my business practice to ever submit an unedited gallery to a client.
Sometimes, depending on the size of your wedding, the duration of time on site, I will bring an assistant or additional photographer. Details like the addition and cost of a second shooter will be discussed with and offered to all clients who I believe may benefit from having another photographer present.
I offer 24-hour sneak peak image(s) to ALL of my clients. My turnaround time for the full gallery varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 6-10 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can expect to receive a digital link with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints. *Based on your wedding date, each client's contract will outline a specific timeframe. During peak wedding season, a wedding gallery will likely have a longer turn-around time.
YES! While most of my focus is on photography, I do offer add-on video services. You can ask about these services during our consultation!
You can expect about 40 to 75 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and many other factors.
In my years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or a contracted assistant. I will never leave a client without finding the perfect, and contracted replacement. In the rare event that I'm unable to perform services on your wedding date, my assistant or contracted photographer will be required to give all images to me & I will edit all images, and provide you with your wedding gallery.
I want to be accessible and affordable to ALL clients. For this reason, payment plans are available to all clients. I currently accept payment through: Zelle, Verified Business Venmo, Apple Pay, and Square secured invoicing system where you can opt to pay via credit or debit card. As of 5/1/2023, I am approved and authorized to offer AfterPay as a payment option for clients who would like to pay on their own timeline.

I want all of my same-sex/non-traditional couples to know that I'm not a vendor that "tolerates" or "allows" doing business with you, but that I am an ally, supporter, and member of your community. When you hire me as your photographer, you can feel safe in knowing that I genuinely believe in your love story & want to see it captured with the same energy that is given to "traditional" couples.
Don't let the "Peak" Pricing turn you away from requesting a consultation! The Peak Price is not the cost of the package, it is the highest amount that someone has ever/would ever pay for that particular package. Most often, the "Peak" pricing is LESS than the listed price, but based on the couples needs, special requests, or travel cost, the total may be as much as the total price listed as "Peak Pricing".
