So Happy We Chose Timeless Texas
We had such a great experience working with Timeless Texas for our wedding! They were wonderful to work with throughout the whole process and made everything feel easy and stress-free on our big day. Our pictures and video came out absolutely beautiful, and we were so happy with how everything was captured. They also got everything back to us so quickly, which we really appreciated. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work they provide. We’re so grateful we chose them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for wedding photography and videography!

From our first conversation with Timeless Texas, we knew we were in good hands. They stayed organized and responsive throughout the planning process, which made us feel completely at ease leading up to the wedding day. On the day itself, they moved through the day with such ease and captured every moment we cared about—from the big celebrations to the quiet details in between. Their creative eye showed in every shot, and we could tell they genuinely cared about telling our story. What really stood out was how they made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera, including our families and friends. We got back photos that feel high-end and timeless, and honestly, they exceeded what we were hoping for.

When I first looked into booking with timeless Texas, I was a little concerned about other reviews that mentioned that they had experienced a lack of communication from this vendor, and not knowing exactly who from their team would be at your wedding until you've already booked - but after looking at their work, and speaking with the company I decided to move forward and book with them because I really liked the idea of hiring a "team" for photo/video who would know how to work together versus hiring individuals who may get in each others way / clash. At first, it was very hard to get ahold of anyone at Timeless after booking, but when concerns were brought to a manager, they were handled quickly & professionally. They did assign a photographer who I did some game planning with, but then they assigned me a different photographer, so I had to start over with my game planning with her. My new photographer was Victoria, and she did an incredible job. I did provide a very detailed shot list, but unfortunately it was not followed so we did miss some very important photos. Otherwise, she was easy to talk to in the planning phases, stayed in communication, asked all the right questions, and was fabulous the day of the event. I was also assigned a videographer, but the communication from her was lacking. My videographer contacted me once in December, and I did not hear from her until just before the wedding, only because I had reached out to management again expressing concern. The videographer then reached out for a planning phone call 3 days before the wedding, and basically told me that she would just be following the photographer around. The day of, the videographer was great to work with, and the video was beautiful. Turn around time for photos and videos was short and overall I am very happy with what I received on both ends. I would happily recommend them to other brides, I just think there needs to be some work on the communication end of things, like the company could set up minimum expectations for anyone on their team. I could see this stressing out a type A bride, whereas I was more relaxed about the planning process so I just dealt with it and moved forward

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I absolutely loved working with this photography and videography team! They were so organized, always on top of everything, and made the whole experience stress-free. Their professionalism really stood out, but what I appreciated most was how social and welcoming they were, they truly made us feel like family. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing service and beautiful work! Really love the quality of pictures and video photography.

Perfection!!
Working with Timeless Texas was such a breeze from start to finish. The team communicated with us quickly and clearly throughout the whole planning process, making decisions feel easy. On our wedding day, we had two photographers and a videographer, and they worked cohesively together. they were genuinely fun to be around and made everyone feel at ease. Our lead photographer went above and beyond helping us nail our inspo shots while staying calm and focused during the hectic timeline, and somehow still captured every moment we wanted. They brought a personal touch to their work and were open to our ideas, making us feel heard and valued. We couldn't be happier with how our photos and video turned out, and we'd absolutely recommend Timeless Texas to any couple.
