Timeless Texas was absolutely incredible to work with and truly gave us the most beautiful memories of our wedding day. We could not recommend them more highly. Our main photographer, Carlye, was amazing from the very beginning. She also photographed our engagement session, which was such a great experience and made us feel even more comfortable going into the wedding day. Our second photographer, Basil, and our videographer, Arnie, were equally fantastic. The entire team was professional, organized, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. My husband and I are not naturally comfortable being the center of attention and can be a little camera shy, but they made us feel completely at ease. They gave just the right amount of direction while still keeping everything natural. They also really listened to our feedback on photography and video styles we liked, which meant so much to us. Their customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. They were always responsive, patient, and helpful when answering our many questions. We never felt left in the dark or unsure about anything. We booked their Timeless PLUS Package during an incredible sale they were running, and it truly included everything we could have wanted and more. We even got drone footage, a social video, and the full ceremony video with the deal. We were also able to add on the raw photos and raw video footage, which was so special to have. The value we received for the quality of work was amazing. Our photos are stunning and timeless, and our highlight video perfectly captures the emotion and energy of the day. We were also pleasantly surprised at how quickly we received our photos and videos after the wedding. The turnaround time was faster than we expected, and the quality was great. They were such an important part of making our wedding day perfect, and we are so grateful for them.
