WinterBrooke Bar is an insured mobile cocktail bar for weddings across Orlando and Central Florida. We bring the bar, suited bartenders, a custom cocktail menu and passed welcome drinks. You buy the alcohol at cost through ABC Liquor from the exact list we build, so there's no markup anywhere, and unopened bottles go back. Pricing is simple: $13–18 per guest based on your menu and hours, with an $850 minimum. That covers bartenders (one per 80 guests), ice, mixers, garnish, cups, napkins, setup and breakdown. We carry $2M general liability with liquor liability included and send your venue a certificate of insurance for free.

Your non-drinking guests get a real mocktail menu, made with the same care as the cocktails. And yes, we'll help you name the signature drinks after the dog. I'm Chris, owner and lead bartender, with 20+ years behind the bar. I work every wedding myself. Formerly Sip Happens: same owner, new name.     Amazing Drinks

    The communication was great between both sides of the party. Sip Happens provided great drinks and the bartenders were very friendly. The bartender went above and beyond by creating custom drinks upon guest requests, even those not on our original menu. Their service and quality of work contributed greatly to making our special day perfect.

    From the very first interaction, their communication style was fun, stress-free, and quick. The team was a joy to work with, providing excellent menu suggestions and helping us create a perfect drink selection for our guests. No minimum guest count. Our minimum is $850, which covers smaller weddings too.
Absolutely! Tastings are one of our favorite parts. We offer private tasting sessions where you can sample potential signature drinks, finalize your menu, and get excited for your big day. (Bonus: it's a great excuse for a date night.)
We like to keep things smooth and stress-free. Typically, we’ll meet (virtually or in-person) once for a consultation and once for a tasting. After that, we stay in touch via email or phone to handle the details. No endless meetings—just efficient planning with a personal touch.
Yes. Cups are included. Real glassware is available as an add-on, and we can coordinate other rentals like bar furniture and drink signage so you don't have to.
For weddings, we recommend booking at least 9-12 months in advance to secure your date. For peak seasons (spring and fall), even earlier is better. Last-minute booking? Don’t panic—we’ll do our best to make it happen!
We're based in Orlando and serve weddings across Central Florida, with no travel fee within about an hour of Orlando. Farther out? We're happy to travel and will quote any travel cost up front.
