I've had a camera in my hand since I was at least ten years old. Photography has always been something I've been passionate about. I was the friend that captured all the memories in high school. Once I got older, and more interested in this becoming something real, I decided to start my business in 2018. I've had the pleasure of working with the most loving clients ever since.
I'd say I have a detailed and specific way that I work, you're not just staring at my camera and smiling on your wedding day you're having FUN with me, we're laughing and talking and vibing, we're living in the MOMENT. So much so that taking photos don't feel like a chore you have to do throughout the day, it's something that's happening while you're LIVING the day and FEELING the day. I don't want you to feel like photography is a chore, because it's not. You're not just another client, or just another number to me. Your individual story being documented in a REAL way, means everything to me.

THE BEST MD PHOTOGRAPHER!
What to say. Kay is an unbelievable human. Not only is she passionate and dedicated to her craft, she is also so knowledgeable about weddings! Kay offers extremely fair pricing for film/documentary style photos compared to what you will find on the market. The fact our engagement session was included in our pricing… WHAT?! I am in disbelief because there are few and far between photographers offering that these days. Kays work is unbelievable as well, she has a GIFT! For our engagement session we even got champagne and special glasses! The day of our wedding she was amazing! She worked with us to squeeze things in when our timing was off. She also got my sister (who is on the spectrum) to look at the camera AND SMILE (my sister never does this)! Our photos were the main investment we wanted and boy did she deliver! If you are wanting that look other photographers are charging 7-10k for but at a better price point… THIS IS YOUR GIRL!!! I will let the rest of the photos on my review speak for themself!

Simply the best!
Kay was an absolute dream to work with on our wedding day. She is everything we needed in a wedding photographer and more. She is friendly, warm, professional, and so much fun! She has a natural ability to make everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera (even my incredibly camera shy husband)! Everyone I’ve talked to who attended my wedding had nothing but nice things to say about her. She fit right in with the party and was lovely to everyone. We loved working with her from the moment we met her during our engagement session. She captures such special, natural moments that I will cherish forever. I had heard many brides in the past have nightmare experiences with their photographers and their wedding gallery’s not being delivered in a timely manner. This was absolutely not an issue with Kay, both the engagement gallery and wedding gallery were delivered in 3-4 weeks! We have found a lifelong photographer with Kay and are planning on using her for all of our future life events! Highly recommend Kay for all your photography needs!

Love Jones Engagement Shoot
Kay was phenomenal, she made us feel so comfortable during the entire shoot. She even recommended a videographer for us that we ended up using and enjoyed as well. Her turn around time was spot on to what she told us from the beginning . I look forward to working with Kay again in the near future. She grasped our love on film perfectly!

Kay was a joy to work with- from the beginning she was friendly and responsive and I appreciated that her process was clear and organized (I know that takes effort as a small business). We booked her for an elopement package- a courthouse ceremony. Even with it being a smaller package, she looked at my inspiration photos, helped me think through the timing, and even made suggestions for my then fiancé’s outfit when we were trying to figure out the right level of formality. I felt like she went above and beyond. On the day of she was great with my family, and kept us laughing during our couple’s shots. And the pictures beautiful! I’m obsessed with them and can’t choose what to print. My husband says we look like we’re on a magazine cover. Highly recommend!

10/10 service for wedding
Great experience with Kay as our wedding photographer. Her website and process is very seamless when booking with her she allows time to meet and talk so she can get a feel for you and what you are looking for. I enjoy that the website has pricing! When you start wedding planning and dealing with vendors having upfront pricing is very convenient. A couple times to touch point before the wedding was helpful, and then day of everything went as smooth as possible. She is very personable and sweet. Her assistant she had working with her was great as well. Delivered all items with the timeline she said. Even my family/friends commented how much they enjoyed the photographer. I would highly recommend her for weddings!
