We apologize for any disappointment on your wedding day. We can confirm your DJ was onsite setting up and arrived on time. The DJ arrived 1 and 1/2 hours prior to your ceremony start on your wedding day. Not knowing the details, where a phone call from you would have been requested instead to discuss this, we would mention that we mention having all music in our planning app 5 days prior to wedding day. Receiving ceremony music 10 minutes before would require us to potentially stop music in order to download the music we did not already come prepared with per what was in the app. We stress advanced entry of songs to prevent situations like these from happening. We play as many must plays as possible when it comes to reading the room with the goal to play them all where possible. We do mention in our emails and other communications, that if we receive songs last minute (less than 3 days prior to wedding day), that not all must plays may be honored if we don't have advance notice or preparation time especially in the height of wedding season. Again, We apologize for any lack of service or communication from the DJ, but wanted to make sure we addressed set-up, arrival, and our processes around must plays.
