Most couples book us for ceremony + cocktail hour + reception, with typical DJ/MC + basic lighting investments in the mid-$1,500s to low $2,000s, depending on date and location. We’re a team-based, veteran-owned company with built-in backup, a shared planning app, and pro MCs who coordinate with your venue and photographer. For extra impact, you can add our open-air photo booth and full-room uplighting to transform the space and wow your guests.

    Highly Recommend!

    Perfect entertainment was a delight! From the planning process to the DJ performance on our wedding day, they were phenomenal. I can’t recommend them enough, DJ Al was so much fun and he was so open and communicative. So happy with their service!

    Best day!!

    Working with Perfect Harmony Entertainment was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. John, the owner, was incredibly easy to communicate with - his responses were always prompt and seamless. On the day of our wedding, he truly showcased his mastery of his craft. The music was perfect, the transitions between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were amazingly crafted, and the entire reception was so much fun for our us and our guests. John did an incredible job of bringing our music vision to life and keeping the energy high all night long. His attention to detail and use of the event planning app made the process so easy, it was incredibly detailed & helped fill in blank spots we didn’t even think of originally. We could not have asked for a better DJ to be a part of our special day. We highly recommend John to any couple looking for an amazing, stress-free, and fun wedding experience.

    Amazing DJ with the Perfect Vibe

    Welvin was phenomenal at listening to what we wanted and curate the exact energy that we wanted for our wedding. He toured our space in advance to make sure he was prepared on the day and made sure that all the songs we wanted were played. We had so many people compliment Welvin's performance (so much so that a couple hired him for their wedding a few weeks later!). Thank you Perfect Harmony for making this process smooth and helping our day go off exactly how we dreamed.

Most of our couples invest somewhere in the mid-$1,500s to low $2,000s for ceremony + reception DJ/MC and basic lighting, depending on location, date, and hours. We’ll give you clear options (reception-only vs. ceremony + reception, plus any add-ons like uplighting or photo booth) so you can see exactly what fits your day and budget. Share your date and venue, and we’ll send back availability and a couple of simple package options, no pressure.
Our most popular option is our Just Say I Do package. It’s designed to cover the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in one simple bundle. It typically includes: - Ceremony sound system + wireless mic for officiant - Cocktail hour and reception music - Professional DJ/MC to handle announcements and keep the timeline on track - Dance-floor lighting - Access to our planning app to organize your music and timeline - Final review call with your DJ before the wedding If you send your date and venue, we can confirm availability and share exact pricing for Just Say I Do for your wedding.
We regularly serve venues across PA, MD, DC, VA, and WV—barns, vineyards, manors, ballrooms, and everything in between. Travel is included for many locations we work in often. For anything farther out, we’ll let you know up front if there’s a small travel fee so there are no surprises. Share your venue name and date, and we’ll confirm details.
Most couples book us 9–18 months before their wedding, especially for Saturdays in peak months (May, June, September, October). If you’re planning a Friday, Sunday, or off-season wedding (Jan–Apr or Jul–Aug), there’s usually a bit more flexibility. The easiest way to know is to send us your date and venue so we can check availability and hold a spot while you decide.
Planning is a huge part of what we do. You’ll get access to our planning app, where you can: - Choose songs for key moments and dancing - Create must-play and do-not-play lists - Share notes and special announcements - Build a rough timeline Closer to your date, we’ll have a final review call to go through everything together—so on the day of, you can relax knowing the plan is covered.
Yes. Every wedding package includes a professional DJ/MC who: - Makes key announcements (introductions, toasts, special dances, etc.) - Coordinates timing with your planner, photographer, and venue - Smoothly guides transitions so there are no awkward pauses You get one point person who handles both the music and the flow of the reception.
Absolutely. Most couples give us a mix of: - Must-play songs - Songs they like if there’s time - A few “only if requested” tracks - A “do not play” list You can give as much or as little direction as you want. Our job is to read the room and keep all ages involved while still making sure the night feels like you.
We’re a team, not a one-person operation, and we have backup plans in place. If something unexpected happens, we have other professional DJs familiar with our process who can step in, plus backup equipment and full-time office support. To reserve your date, we require a 25% retainer and a signed agreement. The remaining balance is typically due about two weeks before your wedding. Everything is handled online—agreement, payments, and planning—so you can take care of it whenever it’s convenient.
