It all started cooking paellas at friends parties... My past experience of cooking Paellas comes from our native roots of Puerto Rico. Being 1/3 Spaniard, I've perfectioned Paellas and started offering on site catering services to friends and family. In time, we started to also prepare them to new clients and that's when ¡Qué Paella! was born!
