Talented Chef who is very passionate about good food, events and catering. My work experiences in cooking is mainly in fine dining restaurants and private country clubs. And now venturing into events and catering.

I am a very versatile Chef. I don't focus on one cuisine. Bringing my experience in different fine dining restaurants and country clubs sets me apart from other service providers in this industry. I can cater Asian (Japanese, Chinese, Filipino), French, Mediterranean, Italian, Louisiana flavors, Creole, Caribbean, and Greek.

Yes! We can meet in the kitchen in Eustis, or I can travel to your place, at the client's expense, which includes: Trip fee, Cost of groceries or per person charge, and my time in the meet-up location.
I can meet for a tasting and a walkthrough of the venue. Other than that, our means of communication are through email and phone calls.
I'm available to hire if your selected date is open on my calendar and it is within my service area. But best advised to book me at least 3 months out. It is better to secure your date early for better financing rate.
