At El Pampeano Steakhouse, we bring the authentic Argentine grill to your wedding, creating a one-of-a-kind experience centered around fire, flavor, and connection. Our team prepares everything fresh on-site over an open flame, turning your event into a true culinary show. We offer buffet and plated service with flexible packages, including appetizers, dessert tables, and custom options. Every detail is designed to make your celebration unforgettable. Limited dates available for 2026 and 2027. We recommend booking early to secure your wedding date.

At El Pampeano Steakhouse, we bring live Argentine grill catering to your event — fire-cooked meats, handcrafted sides, and warm, personalized service. We are honored to support active duty military members and veterans, and we are happy to include a special courtesy as part of their event experience.

Alex and Trenton’s wedding was inspired by creating a unique culinary experience for their guests. The idea was to combine the elegance of a wedding with the authentic character of a live Argentine grill. Our goal was for every guest to enjoy not only the food but also the experience of the live fire cooking, the aroma of the grill, and a style of cuisine that is truly different from typical wedding catering in Florida.

Fantastic
I can’t express how happy I am that we chose El Pampeano Steakhouse for our wedding. The food was incredible, the presentation was beautiful, and the entire team was organized, professional, and attentive from start to finish. One moment I’ll never forget was when my father went looking for Lore personally just to thank her for everything. He told me he had rarely seen a catering team so well coordinated and dedicated. Seeing our guests enjoy the live fire grilling experience and hearing so many compliments throughout the night was truly special. We didn’t just receive great food, we received an unforgettable experience. Thank you for helping make our wedding day so memorable.

Amazing!
Honestly one of the best decisions for our wedding. The live grill setup looked amazing in person and the food was unreal. The flap meat and short ribs were absolute must-tries, seriously unforgettable. And the mini empanadas during cocktail hour… total addiction, people could not stop grabbing them. We also loved the vibe of the team. Everything felt relaxed but still super organized at the same time. Definitely recommend them if you want something different from typical wedding catering in Florida. Brenda & George

Truly first-class service
I highly recommend El Pampeano Steakhouse for anyone looking for authentic Argentine flavor, outstanding catering and exceptional service. I hired their catering service for my nephew's graduation party, and everything was absolutely spectacular from beginning to end. Since we had many young guests, I requested a wide variety of "sandwichitos de miga" and they were an absolutely hit. The empanadas disappeared just as fast, and the perfect balance between savory and sweet made this celebration truly unforgettable. What makes this service even more special is that it is attended by its own owners, who genuinely care about every detail and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and appreciated.

A Truly Exceptional Full Service Experience
Honestly, we don’t even have words. Everything turned out amazing. Thank you for all the work you put into our event. You can really tell how much dedication and care your team has. Yes, we offer plated service. Our team will serve uniform portions to each guest at their table. This service requires additional staffing.

All packages include at least one grill master and one server. Additional staff can be added depending on guest count and service type.

Yes, we serve all of Florida and also travel to Georgia for select events. Travel fees may apply.

We provide a list of available meats for you to choose from based on your preferences and budget. Premium cuts can also be added. The menu is tailored to each event.

Our standard service covers up to 8 hours. If you need more time, additional hours can be arranged for an extra fee. You can also request staff to stay later, depending on availability.

We usually arrive 2–3 hours before the scheduled serving time to set up the grill, buffet, and service

Yes! We cater events all across Florida and also travel to Georgia. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

Yes. We provide everything needed for the grill, buffet setup, and serving. We only need access to a safe outdoor space for grilling.

Yes. Setup and basic cleanup of our work area are included. Additional cleanup services can be arranged if needed.

We can accommodate minor changes up to 10 days before the event. Final guest count must be confirmed at least 2 weeks in advance.

We accept payments via Zelle, credit card (with processing fees), cash, and bank transfer. We do not accept checks. All payments are scheduled in stages: 50% deposit to secure the date, 30% due 30 days before the event, and the final 20% between 48 and 24 hours before the event.
