El Pampeano brought a really unique experience to our event on December 20th last year with their live Argentine grill!! They cooked everything on site, which made a huge difference. Our guests loved being able to see the grill in action and choose how they wanted their steak cooked, with different cuts and doneness options available The food itself was excellent. They also offered a variety of sides, which complemented everything really well!! The team was efficient and easy to work with, keeping everything moving without any issues. Overall, it felt like a very authentic and enjoyable dining experience that stood out from typical catering! Absolutely recommended.

We got married on March 14th and we are still emotional remembering everything we experienced with El Pampeano. From the tasting, we fell in love, but what they created on the day of our wedding was even more special. They transformed a grill into a true luxury setting, elegant and with a stunning presence. We chose the La Pampa package and it was an unforgettable experience. All the meats were absolutely delicious, one better than the other, and cuts like the flat meat and the short ribs truly stole the show. What stood out the most was the feeling of home in every bite. It didn’t feel like restaurant food, it felt something far more authentic and special. In fact, you wouldn’t even find meat this good at a restaurant. El Pampeano was not just our catering, they became part of one of the most important days of our lives. And without a doubt, they will be part of every future celebration we have.

We had our wedding on February 7th, 2025 and went with Pampeano Steakhouse Catering Service. We were really happy with them! The food was great, especially the steak. A lot of our guests mentioned how good it was, which says a lot. Everything was well cooked and had really good flavor. Also, the team was easy to work with and kept things running smoothly during the event… Definitely an excellent choice if you’re looking for good food and a reliable catering team!!!

Our wedding on March 20th was everything we dreamed of and more, and choosing El Pampeano was honestly one of the best decisions we made. From the moment the fire was lit, everything became an experience. Watching the grill come alive, filled with meats, wasn’t just food, it was a show. It ended up being one of the most photographed moments of the entire night. Our guests could not stop congratulating us on our catering choice. There wasn’t a single person who didn’t come up to tell us how incredible everything was. The mini empanadas were a total hit and everyone was obsessed. The meats were absolutely outstanding. The short ribs were literally eaten down to the bone. The dessert table looked like a luxury display. Beautiful, abundant, and carefully presented, it elevated the entire wedding. What impressed us the most is that this was not a typical catering service. It felt like an international experience, something unique and different that truly surprised all of our guests. We also want to give a special thank you to Lore and Leo, the owners behind this incredible catering. Yes, we offer plated service. Our team will serve uniform portions to each guest at their table. This service requires additional staffing.

All packages include at least one grill master and one server. Additional staff can be added depending on guest count and service type.

Yes, we serve all of Florida and also travel to Georgia for select events. Travel fees may apply.

We provide a list of available meats for you to choose from based on your preferences and budget. Premium cuts can also be added. The menu is tailored to each event.

Our standard service covers up to 8 hours. If you need more time, additional hours can be arranged for an extra fee. You can also request staff to stay later, depending on availability.

We usually arrive 2–3 hours before the scheduled serving time to set up the grill, buffet, and service

Yes! We cater events all across Florida and also travel to Georgia. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

Yes. We provide everything needed for the grill, buffet setup, and serving. We only need access to a safe outdoor space for grilling.

Yes. Setup and basic cleanup of our work area are included. Additional cleanup services can be arranged if needed.

We can accommodate minor changes up to 10 days before the event. Final guest count must be confirmed at least 2 weeks in advance.

We accept payments via Zelle, credit card (with processing fees), cash, and bank transfer. We do not accept checks. All payments are scheduled in stages: 50% deposit to secure the date, 30% due 30 days before the event, and the final 20% between 48 and 24 hours before the event.
