Cooking has been my passion since childhood and over the years I've honed my culinary skills in restaurants and catering . I believe food should be delicious and nourishing which is why I source fresh local ingredients and organic when possible always with your preferences and dietary needs in mind.

I am very detail oriented and I strive to deliver the perfect event everytime. I will be sure to excute what you envision come to life on your special day. I custom design every menu to fit your preferences and dietary restrictions or food allergies. My goal is to exceed your expectations.

Fantastic Wedding Caterer
From our first conversation, Chef Summer proved to be responsive and genuinely invested in making our daughter's wedding special. She worked with us through every dietary request without hesitation, showing patience and flexibility that made the planning process feel effortless. The food was exceptional, with all the entrees made from scratch. Our guests were so very pleased! Also, the table decor and flower arrangements added such a beautiful finishing touch to the day. We looked at other full-service caterers, but none came close to Chef Summer's accessibility and attention to detail. She's the kind of person who makes you feel like your wedding matters to her, not just another event on her calendar. We couldn't have asked for a better fit for our family's celebration.

The best caterer in Florida!
Choosing The Chef Summer LLC for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. From our first conversation through the big day, Chef Summer and her team kept us informed every step of the way and made us feel supported. They showed up on time and executed everything flawlessly, and honestly, the food was so delicious that our guests haven't stopped talking about it. What really impressed us was that they added extra dishes we didn't pay for just to make the experience better for everyone. Chef Summer from beginning to end was absolutely amazing. Her food was wonderful table set up was amazing. We had so many compliments on decor and food. She is brilliant 10 out of 10 I would recommend her to anyone!!

Chef Summer was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She is incredibly accommodating and made the entire catering experience feel effortless and stress-free. She even came to us for the tasting, which was such a prefect touch and made the experience feel personal and special. Even with last-minute changes, she was so gracious and flexible. We had an unexpected add-on to our guest list the week of the wedding, and she handled it without hesitation or stress, which gave us so much peace of mind during an already busy time. One thing that really set her apart was her attention to detail beyond just the food. She provides beautiful table centerpieces, which was perfect for us since we didn’t want to spend extra money on décor we’d never use again. Her styling was elegant, simple, and exactly what we were hoping for—it elevated the whole look of our reception. We also really appreciated how straightforward and transparent her pricing was. Unlike many catering companies that add on extra service fees, sales tax, and gratuity on top of everything, Chef Summer keeps things simple with no hidden surprises, which made budgeting so much easier. And of course, the food was absolutely amazing. Everything tasted just as incredible at the wedding as it did at our tasting, and our guests were raving about it all night.
