Cooking has been my passion since childhood and over the years I've honed my culinary skills in restaurants and catering . I believe food should be delicious and nourishing which is why I source fresh local ingredients and organic when possible always with your preferences and dietary needs in mind.

I am very detail oriented and I strive to deliver the perfect event everytime. I will be sure to excute what you envision come to life on your special day. I custom design every menu to fit your preferences and dietary restrictions or food allergies. My goal is to exceed your expectations.

Chef Summer recently catered our wedding and I honestly could not have asked for a more perfect evening. She is so easy to communicate with and was extremely accommodating. Chef Summer is unbeatable! Not only is her food AMAZING, she is on top of everything. She helped us plan our wedding food, linens, timeline, and drinks from beginning to end. She was always easy to get a hold of and replied instantly to any questions we had (we had many). She took SOOO much stress of off of our plate and left the venue impeccable. She is so easy to talk to and we felt so comfortable with her from the very start because of her positive attitude and attentiveness. Her staff was also incredible they left the venue as clean as they found it, and were very kind and attentive to our guests. We could not recommend Chef Summer and her crew more! They add value anywhere they go. You will love her as much as we did because she is one of a kind!

The Chef Summer LLC was an absolute pleasure to work with for our catering.
