Cooking has been my passion since childhood and over the years I've honed my culinary skills in restaurants and catering . I believe food should be delicious and nourishing which is why I source fresh local ingredients and organic when possible always with your preferences and dietary needs in mind.

I am very detail oriented and I strive to deliver the perfect event everytime. I will be sure to excute what you envision come to life on your special day. I custom design every menu to fit your preferences and dietary restrictions or food allergies. My goal is to exceed your expectations.

AMAZING!!!
Chef Summer from beginning to end was absolutely amazing. Her food was wonderful table set up was amazing. We had so many compliments on decor and food. She is brilliant 10 out of 10 I would recommend her to anyone!!

Wedding Catering
Chef Summer was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She is incredibly accommodating and made the entire catering experience feel effortless and stress-free. She even came to us for the tasting, which was such a prefect touch and made the experience feel personal and special. Even with last-minute changes, she was so gracious and flexible. We had an unexpected add-on to our guest list the week of the wedding, and she handled it without hesitation or stress, which gave us so much peace of mind during an already busy time. One thing that really set her apart was her attention to detail beyond just the food. She provides beautiful table centerpieces, which was perfect for us since we didn’t want to spend extra money on décor we’d never use again. Her styling was elegant, simple, and exactly what we were hoping for—it elevated the whole look of our reception. We also really appreciated how straightforward and transparent her pricing was. Unlike many catering companies that add on extra service fees, sales tax, and gratuity on top of everything, Chef Summer keeps things simple with no hidden surprises, which made budgeting so much easier. And of course, the food was absolutely amazing. Everything tasted just as incredible at the wedding as it did at our tasting, and our guests were raving about it all night. So many people commented on how impressed they were with the meal. We would highly recommend Chef Summer to anyone looking for a caterer who is not only talented but also kind, flexible, and genuinely cares about making your day special.

Best Choice!
Chef Summer was absolutely incredible. From the moment we first contacted her, she was a blessing to work with. She responded quickly and accommodated our concerns. She met with us to do a tasting, which we loved. Her pricing was also fair and we loved that she has additional cutlery to choose from. On the actual wedding day, she was timely, her team was super friendly, the food was INCREDIBLE and tasty, and she helped us in every possible way. Some family members of ours are quite critical of food and even they were impressed. I'd recommend her 1,000 times. You won't be disappointed. Our wedding day would not have been the same without her.

Amazing food, and service!
Chef Summer and the team at The Chef Summer LLC were an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication was very prompt and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and value was exceptional - they provided high-quality, delicious food at a great value. They went above and beyond to make our special day perfect, even when we forgot the linens for our tables. They were able to quickly get the linens and still arrive on time for the event. The team also customized the meal options to include the specific dishes we wanted, like cheddar biscuits. They were incredibly thoughtful in providing gluten-free options for our guests with dietary restrictions. Chef Summer was a delight to work with and received rave reviews from all of our guests. We cannot recommend The Chef Summer LLC highly enough!

Wow! Words can’t describe the amazing experience I had with Chef Summer and her team. If I had to sum it up, it would be: exceptional, seamless, and unforgettable.
