Cooking has been my passion since childhood and over the years I've honed my culinary skills in restaurants and catering . I believe food should be delicious and nourishing which is why I source fresh local ingredients and organic when possible always with your preferences and dietary needs in mind.

I am very detail oriented and I strive to deliver the perfect event everytime. I will be sure to excute what you envision come to life on your special day. I custom design every menu to fit your preferences and dietary restrictions or food allergies. My goal is to exceed your expectations.

Chef Summer is unbeatable! Not only is her food AMAZING, she is on top of everything. She helped us plan our wedding food, linens, timeline, and drinks from beginning to end. She was always easy to get a hold of and replied instantly to any questions we had (we had many). She took SOOO much stress of off of our plate and left the venue impeccable. She is so easy to talk to and we felt so comfortable with her from the very start because of her positive attitude and attentiveness. Her staff was also incredible they left the venue as clean as they found it, and were very kind and attentive to our guests. We could not recommend Chef Summer and her crew more! They add value anywhere they go. You will love her as much as we did because she is one of a kind!

The Chef Summer LLC was an absolute pleasure to work with for our catering. Their communication throughout the planning process was excellent - they were always very responsive to our questions and requests. On the day of the event, the food they provided was outstanding. Everything was hot, fresh, and the selection was truly amazing. Our guests raved about the quality and variety of the dishes. The Chef Summer team exceeded our expectations and helped make our wedding day truly special. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch catering services.

I hired The Chef Summer for my Doctoral Graduation Party. Everything was delicious! She greatly exceeded my expectations! I let her know what I wanted and what my budget was. She was very communicative and helped me create a menu that my guests raved about within my budget. I even shared my decorating ideas with her and she incorporated the nicest touches into her display to compliment my theme. Her day of staff was also very friendly and helpful. The Chef Summer helped me to create a memory that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend her and would definitely hire her again!

Chef Summer and her staff were absolutely amazing for our wedding dinner. Leading up to the wedding, the communication was exceptional, and she made it easy for decisions and choices for our event. We never had a time where she wasn't getting back with us or answering our questions promptly. At our event, the food was served right on que, from appetizers, to the salads, to the entrees, and even to the cutting of the cake - her staff was the best at serving our guest, as well as taking care of their every need. Everyone was served promptly and we had no complaints from any of our guests, which is a tall order! Finally, the food was amazing in presentation, and most of all, delicious! We had so many compliments across the board, as people REALLY enjoyed all the food choices! As soon as the final meals were served, they began an extensive cleanup in the kitchen, and their efforts were top-notich. Since we leased a large private residence, with a large beautiful kitchen, we were somewhat concerned how the condition would look after cooking for everyone. Well, Chef Summer and her staff exceeded our expectations, and left the kitchen spotless. We give Chef Summers and her team 5-stars and would certainly utilize their services again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
