    Do NOT book them

    The only reason I’m writing this review is so no one else ever has to deal with this company the way I have. This is hands down the most unprofessional, rude, incompetent, and noncommunicative business I have ever worked with. We never even made it to our wedding day with them because of the horror stories and unprofessionalism we experienced throughout the process. After being booked and on their schedule for over four months, paying our 500 deposit and our first payment of 3,288.59 (which the owner, Avery, is refusing to refund), I received an email asking me to come in and meet with someone to see if we wanted to book with them. Being only eight months out from my wedding, this obviously caused me to panic. I immediately called and was then given an email apologizing for the “miscommunication” and trying to schedule my tasting. When I received the email about my tasting, I was told I needed to pick my menu all over again or my meeting would be canceled. I was also told I could only bring four people, including myself, and that anyone attending would be charged, even though I had previously been told I could bring my in-laws at no additional cost. My last straw was hearing absolute horror stories from several vendors who had worked with them in the past. These included food tasting horrible, not receiving the food they had originally selected at tastings, showing up several hours late to events, ruining linens, and overall being completely unprofessional. After speaking with everyone, I was told it was worth losing the money I had already spent to find someone who would be 1,000% better on our big day. I understand that being let go from a job sucks, but when we called to let them know we would no longer be using their services, the receptionist we spoke to was very understanding and almost seemed to agree with why we were canceling. Meanwhile, Avery, the owner, was stumbling over his words and seemed speechless. He tried to tell us we were making the biggest mistake by letting them go and wanted the names of everyone who had spoken badly about the company. The contract states that the deposit is nonrefundable for holding our date, which I 100% understand. They were holding that date for us and potentially turning away other business. However, as for the rest of the contract, nothing had been executed. A tasting was never done, I was told I needed to redo all the work I had already done with them during our first meeting, and I had to remind them that I had already booked with them in the first place. So, the fact that Avery is withholding the rest of my money is absolutely ridiculous when they have done absolutely nothing for my wedding. At least now, whenever I tell the story of how we USED to have Cocktails Catering, the looks of horror and hesitation make it worth the laughs. We are just glad we fired them before our wedding day and will not be giving them another penny. Clearly, they need whatever money they can hold on to from people who decide to fire them.

    Amazing!

    The food was amazing - our guests loved it! The bartenders were also amazing with every guest. Highly recommend!

    Great Party

    Thank you to Mariana and the Cocktails Catering staff for making our party so successful! The food was divine! Our guests really enjoyed being spoiled. Everything went according to plan, and we are ever so grateful! It was a pleasure working with such a professional organization!

We do! We will take you on a walk-through of available rentals in our showroom and work with you to find options within your budget.
