    Above and Beyond Catering

    Where do I even begin! I truly cannot say enough good things about foodie Catering for our wedding. The catering for our big day was probably the most stressful part of the planning process for me simply because I have been to too many weddings where the food was not great and I didn’t want anyone to walk away from our day and remember that our food was not good. There are so many catering companies to choose from in the central Florida area and I didn’t even know where to start. I actually found Foodie based on reviews I read on the Knot and so what better way to show gratitude then write my own for other brides to hopefully find and choose Michele and her company for their big day!  Foodie Catering has to be one of the highlights of our day! Their staff were some of the kindest most genuine staff at my wedding and I cannot rave enough about how every single member of the staff that I interacted with on my big day treated me like a princess and I know they treated all of the guests like that because people are still talking about how great the catering staff was. Not only do I want to rave about the staff but the food as well! People ARE STILL two and a half months later, still talking about how good the food was! That was one of the highlights for people. Some other notable things to rave about are how communicative the staff was with me in the months leading up to my wedding, how flexible they are with their packages, dietary restrictions of the guests (which I had a lot of guests with VERY different dietary restrictions and they accommodated every single one), the bartending staff was quick and efficient, and so much more. I truly think Foodie is the best in the business and I will scream it from the mountain top! If you want a catering staff that will go above and beyond for you, this is it!

    The Perfect Catering

    Foodie Catering was such an incredible part of our wedding day. From planning through the reception, their team brought so much joy and flavor to the celebration. Their food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Our guests are still talking about it. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, making sure every detail was in order. They communicated with us clearly leading up to the big day and made the whole process feel effortless. We’re so grateful for the experience they gave us on our wedding day!

    Buffet Wedding

    Foodie made the night special with its amazing staff. They were attentive and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed at the sweetheart table. The food was also delicious, and we got some great feedback from our guests.

    Hors d’oeuvres was awesome!

    The summer rolls, chicken tostones, and Cuban were all delicious! The best of the best and were so happy they catered our wedding. The staff was fabulous and we were extra happy that we have a server that served us while we did photos. It made the experience even better. My brother in laws both are in the hotel banquet industry and they complimented the staff on how seamless everything went. We are beyond happy with the service and food. Thank you!

    Foodie Catering: Exceptional

    We picked Foodie catering from a list of preferred vendors offered from our all- inclusive venue at Club Lake Wedding Venue. I must say we definitely made the right choice ! Foodie catering provided us with hors d’oeuvres, Buffet style dinner, glassware, and table linen. We decided to rent our napkins and gold utensils from a rental venue. It was an absolute pleasure working with Foodie Catering. We had three tastings with them (the first tasting was complimentary). Originally, we thought we could only choose food choices on the menu from our venue, and we weren’t overly thrilled with the choices. So we decided to have one last tasting and expressed our concerns with the choices offered. Only to find out we could divert from the menu we were offered from our venue! Once we expressed our concerns with the food choices, we were offered so many other great choices ! Don’t be afraid to ask for what you want ! Our wedding day: We want to thank Foodie Catering for making our wedding day one to remember. The team from Foodie catering provided exceptional service at the wedding, from the bartenders to the waiters. We even had our own personal waiter for the wedding. Our personal waiter did a phenomenal job at ensuring the bride and groom always had something to eat or drink during cocktail hour and dinner. The food was tailored to our liking ! There was just the right amount of seasoning added to the food. We were concerned about not having enough flavor added to the food to serve to predominantly Caribbean guests attending. We expressed our concerns to the team at foodie catering, and we must say they exceeded our expectations. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how good the food taste!!! Thank you for listening keenly to our wishes in regards to the taste of the food. I would highly recommend Foodie Catering to anyone looking for an affordable and professional catering team. Our menu: Hors d’Oeuvres: 1. Baked Brie, Melted Brie Wrapped in a Pastry Shell with Seasonal Fillin 2.Braised short ribs 3.Strawberry Bruschetta with goat cheese , basil, and honey drizzle Salad: Cesar salad Vegetable: Mixed vegetables in season Starch’s: 1.Roasted garlic mashed potatoes 2.Arroz Con Gandules Entree: 1. Grilled Chicken Breast with House Made Chimichurri Sauce 2. Cajun Salmon
