Hi, I'm Mercy, the owner of Board and Beyond Charcuterie Bar in Kissimmee. I started this business because I believe food is the easiest way to make people feel welcome. I create hand-styled charcuterie and grazing tables, cocktail hour displays, and late-night spreads for weddings across Central Florida. Your day goes by fast, so my job is to make sure your guests are well fed, happy, and gathered around something beautiful while you soak in every moment. I would be so honored to be part of your celebration.

Every table we create is designed by hand around your wedding, from your colors and florals to the flavors you and your partner love. No cookie-cutter boards here. We use artisan cheeses, cured meats, fresh seasonal fruit, and thoughtful finishing touches that look as good in your photos as they taste. We also take care of everything, including delivery, setup, styling, and breakdown, so you and your planner never have to think about it. Your guests get a showstopping table, and you get to simply enjoy your day.

    I had such a wonderful time at the charcuterie workshop! It was fun, hands-on, and so much more enjoyable than I expected. The instructor was knowledgeable, friendly, and made everything easy to follow. I loved learning new tips and creating my own beautiful board. Such a fun experience—I’d definitely recommend it!
