“Chef Summer and her staff were absolutely amazing for our wedding dinner. Leading up to the wedding, the communication was exceptional, and she made it easy for decisions and choices for our event. We never had a time where she wasn't getting back with us or answering our questions promptly.
At our event, the food was served right on que, from appetizers, to the salads, to the entrees, and even to the cutting of the cake - her staff was the best at serving our guest, as well as taking care of their every need. Everyone was served promptly and we had no complaints from any of our guests, which is a tall order!
Finally, the food was amazing in presentation, and most of all, delicious! We had so many compliments across the board, as people REALLY enjoyed all the food choices! As soon as the final meals were served, they began an extensive cleanup in the kitchen, and their efforts were top-notich. Since we leased a large private residence, with a large beautiful kitchen, we were somewhat concerned how the condition would look after cooking for everyone. Well, Chef Summer and her staff exceeded our expectations, and left the kitchen spotless.
