We partner with you every step of the way so you can enjoy a beautifully planned, stress-free wedding day.	The Blossom Package is ideal for couples who have planned their wedding but want an experienced team to bring every detail together. We step in during the final stages to create your timeline, confirm vendors, coordinate your rehearsal, and manage your wedding day from start to finish. With a Lead Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator by your side for up to 10 hours, you can relax and fully enjoy your celebration.	The Bloom Package is perfect for couples who need professional guidance for a seamless ceremony. We'll help plan your processional, lead your rehearsal, and coordinate every ceremony detail on your wedding day, ensuring everyone knows where to be and when. With up to 2 hours of coverage, you can walk down the aisle with confidence knowing your ceremony is in experienced hands.

Forever Grateful for Maryel and Her Amazing Team
Maryel and her team at White Petal Event Co. were absolute lifesavers throughout my entire wedding planning journey. From the very beginning, Maryel was always available to answer any question or concern I had, no matter how big or small. She was there every step of the way, and somehow always knew when I needed to take a step back and just breathe. Her patience, kindness, and support made such a difference. She made the entire planning process feel smooth, organized, and completely stress-free. One of the things I appreciated most was how she helped connect us with incredible vendors that fit both our vision and our budget. Every recommendation she made was amazing, and it truly felt like she had our best interests at heart. Because of Maryel and her team, I was able to enjoy being engaged instead of feeling overwhelmed by the planning process. Wedding day with White Petal Events
White Petal Events was our day-of coordinator for our wedding in June, and I truly can’t recommend them enough! From the moment the day began, they handled every detail so seamlessly that I never had to worry about a thing. As the bride, I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because I knew everything was in great hands. They were incredibly attentive throughout the entire day, constantly checking in to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was doing okay. Their organization, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference, and I honestly can’t imagine our wedding day without them. If you’re looking for a day-of coordinator or planner who will go above and beyond to make your wedding day stress-free, I would highly recommend White Petal Events.
