About this venue
Our beautiful 2 story lakeside lodge was built in 1925. The Italian inspired architecture and stunning views have made it a popular vacation spot for the elite and famous in the past. Now an exclusive hire venue, it has been tastefully renovated to complement the original cypress ceilings, grand staircases, and period chandeliers throughout. With an indoor capacity of 150 guests in the ballroom, or outdoor capacity of 200 guests either in the courtyard or on the lawn overlooking Lake Pierce , Bella Cosa is the perfect space to cater to all your requirements. We have one, or two-day venue rental packages available, with optional on-site accommodation in our 11 guest suites for up to 30-32 people. Not to mention a dedicated “getting ready room” providing the perfect space to prepare for your big day.

At BellaCosa enjoy our original 1925 ceilings of pecky wood cypress, stunning panoramic lakeside views, majestic age old balustrades and stately oaks.
The grand foyer, bar and lounge, ballroom and prep kitchen will be yours to enjoy. Eleven furnished apartments, dressing suites, grounds, terraces and ample parking will make your stay most enjoyable. We can accommodate up to 150 guests in our ballroom and 250 guests on the grounds. In case of inclement weather a tent may be necessary.

Make your wedding simply magical at Bella Cosa. With the choice of two expansive outdoor locations, you’ll have a perfect backdrop for every dreamy moment. Lakeside unfolds under picturesque oaks and the green of immaculate grounds. Equally as captivating is the Courtyard, with its romantic, old-world atmosphere. Be swept away by the beautifully appointed ballroom, perfect for your wedding reception meal and dancing the night away.

Bella Cosa Wedding
From the moment we stepped onto the Bella Cosa property, we knew we had found something truly special. Every step of the planning process was easy and stress free. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. The stunning lakefront setting, historic charm, and peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to say “I do.” A huge thank you to Brittany Knox, our incredible wedding consultant, for making that process so smooth. We couldn’t have done it without her and our planner! Without sounding too sappy. What truly set Bella Cosa apart was the feeling it gave us. From exchanging our private vows under the oak trees to the bubble exit on the front lawn with all our loved ones. Then to end the night sitting around with our family/friends, eating pizza, just chatting about the magical evening in the upstairs suites. And don’t get me started on how awesome it was to be able to stay on site, night of! To any couple searching for a venue that combines natural beauty, historical charm, and heartfelt hospitality, Bella Cosa is a place where wedding dreams are not only possible—they're brought to life.
Magical
Bella Cosa Lakeside Wedding Venue was an absolutely spectacular venue for our wedding. From the moment we first contacted them, the staff were incredibly attentive and responsive, walking us through every detail to ensure our day went off without a hitch. On the day of, the venue was set up exactly as communicated in the diagram, and the overnight manager and Lori were both wonderful to work with. We were so grateful to celebrate our special day in such a beautiful and serene setting. This venue truly exceeded our expectations in every way.
Magical Venue!
We recently celebrated our wedding at Bella Cosa on September 15, 2024, and it was truly a dream come true! The vintage Italian estate aesthetic is simply stunning, and the breathtaking views made for a magical backdrop for our special day. After viewing only one other venue, we knew right away that Bella Cosa was the one. Leading up to our wedding, the planning process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly responsive to all our questions. They made everything so easy and stress-free. Our guests can't stop raving about how beautiful the venue was, and we couldn't agree more! The estate also offered lovely accommodations for us and some of our guests. The new honeymoon suite was absolutely perfect for my husband and I —such a romantic retreat! All the vendors worked together flawlessly, creating the wedding of our dreams. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Bella Cosa, for making our day unforgettable! We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to host their wedding in a truly magical setting.

The staff was very efficient, helpful, and detailed in their communication throughout the planning process, which made things smooth and stress-free leading up to the big day. The venue itself is gorgeous with its natural beauty and classic charm. It was the perfect backdrop for our wedding and photos. The team did a great job helping us set up everything just how we envisioned while also being hands-off during the actual event so we could relax and soak in every moment with our loved ones.
