About this venue
The Garden Ballroom located in the Olde Towne Square in Downtown Winter Haven is a rare find. Once you enter the building, you will be amazed at the setting. Built in 1926, this arcade style structure takes you back to a small town, train station vibe that photographs so beautifully. Classic or non traditional can fit here at The Garden Ballroom with our customized packages.

Amazing
The Garden Ballroom was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first met with Lorraine and Alfredo, we were impressed by their communicative, detailed, and honest approach. They took the time to understand our vision and worked tirelessly to bring it to life. The ballroom itself was beautiful, intimate, and incredibly comfortable for our guests. Lorraine and Alfredo made sure every detail was taken care of, from the gorgeous decor to ensuring we had everything we needed, even running to our suite to get my shoes! They truly made our special day perfect. Our guests were delighted with the whole night - it was the best night ever. We are so grateful to Lorraine and Alfredo for being an amazing team and making our dream wedding a reality.

The Garden Ballroom was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding day. From our very first interaction, Lorraine was incredibly organized and professional, guiding us through every step of the planning process with ease. On the day of, the ballroom looked absolutely stunning. The decor and setup was exactly what we wanted. Our guests raved about the beautiful decor and delicious food. The Garden Ballroom truly exceeded our expectations and made our wedding day unforgettable. We would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a stress-free, beautiful celebration.
Magical wedding
After a long search for a venue for our wedding we chose The Garden Ballroom. I am so glad we did. It ended up being one of the most magical nights of my life. Exactly what I was hoping for in our wedding. We did the all inclusive package and I’d do same thing all over again if given the choice. Beautiful decor, delicious food, on point bartender, fantastic DJ. Lorraine ensures everything runs smoothly, ESPECIALLY on the day of. I was a ball of stress leading up to everything but she always took the time to answer my many questions. The day of was smooth sailing. Everyone told us how much fun they had and how amazing it was. We live over an hour away but it was honestly worth the extra driving! Highly recommend. Thanks so much to entire team there for making one of the biggest nights of our lives something truly special and memorable!!
Absolutely amazing
I had complete & total communication with Loraine! She always got back to me fast with any question/concerns I had! She let me vent about wedding stress & made sure I knew she'd do everything she could to make our day perfect & stress free! The garden ballroom is the perfect location. It's beautiful & elegant. I felt like a princess the entire night. She incorporated all of the rustic aspects we wanted while still keeping everything so elegant! Loraine & Alfredo made every dream I ever had come to life. The cared about our wedding as if it was their own. They made my husband & I feel so support all night. Any issue or bump in the road they were right there with a solution. Choosing the garden ballroom and working with Loraine & Alfredo was a dream come true.
