Very accommodating
Black Swan Venue made our wedding day so special. From the start, the team was quick to answer any questions we had about the booking process, and their laid-back approach made planning feel effortless. The venue itself was stunning and very well maintained, with clean spaces throughout and easy access to the building. We also appreciated the accessible parking, which made things convenient for our guests. Everything ran smoothly on the day of our wedding, and we would absolutely book with them again.

Customer service is rediculous
The team at Black Swan Venue was so prompt and very well informed throughout the entire wedding planning process. Their communication and follow-up was incredible - they were incredibly attentive and stayed to help us set up the chairs and tables when we were feeling a bit panicked about the timeline. They even went above and beyond to help direct our guests to the best parking spots, which was a huge relief since I had forgotten some of the details from their pre-wedding email. The quality of their work was impeccable - everything was so clean and fresh-smelling. We also added the bridal and groom rooms at the last minute, and they made that process seamless, sending me a link to easily pay for it online. Black Swan Venue truly contributed to making our special day perfect.
