Black Swan Venue was the perfect choice for our wedding. From the moment we first inquired about booking, the staff was always available to answer our countless questions and guide us through the planning process. On the day of the wedding, the venue looked absolutely stunning - the elegant decor and cozy atmosphere created the perfect ambiance for our celebration. At just the right size, the space felt intimate and personalized, yet still accommodated all of our guests comfortably. The team at Black Swan Venue was a joy to work with from start to finish. Their communication was always honest, fair, and sincere, putting us at ease throughout the planning process. The venue itself was truly amazing, with beautiful mirrors and decor that created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. We were blown away by the level of customer service and hospitality we received - the staff went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was perfect. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially given the high quality of the venue and the wonderful vibes and positive energy it exuded. Catering
As a catering vendor, we have worked in numerous venues and, we appreciate that Black Swan Venue allows ample time to access the building for set up and break down. Black Swan Venue is one of the best, and an excellent choice for any wedding. The staff always ensures great communication with couples throughout the planning process, quickly addressing any questions or concerns they may have. The venue itself is in a convenient location in downtown Lakeland, and has a spacious ballroom with a kitchenette we are able to stage in. The staff always goes above and beyond, paying special attention to the bride and groom. We are honored to work with them and would highly recommend Black Swan Venue for every couple's wedding day.
