Kati is a freelance make-up and hair artist based out of Nashville, Tennessee. She has 18+ years experience and started out in Orlando, Florida. Kati is experienced in bridal beauty, photo shoots, theater, and commercial work. Kati obtained her Cosmetology license at Daytona State College in Daytona Beach, FL and while building her freelance career worked for the Orlando Opera Company in the make-up and hair department for 8 seasons, and a MAC Cosmetics artist for 8 years. While being in Nashville she has not only worked with wonderful brides but has also gained experience in commercial and video work.

A make-up application includes skin preparation, full face makeup, body makeup (if needed), and the application of false lashes (strip or individual). In addition, I will provide recommendations on skin treatments and products to use leading up to your wedding, and will be available to answer any questions you may have. This also includes all the product and gear necessary to provide hair styling, and advice from booking to your wedding.

No time like the present!! As with any wedding vendor brides book at different times with the more popular wedding dates going first and fast. If you find the artist that is right for you, book as soon as you can! I am already booking dates in 2027!

A signed contract and retainer(50% of the contracted total) is required to book. Your date is not booked without these two things. An inquiry nor a trial booking does not hold your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

No, there is not a minimum requirement to book.

I usually schedule each service for 45 minutes to an hour per service. This gives each person a chance to relax and get the full experience. However, I create the glam timeline for your day based off your planner and/or photographer's timeline for the day. Once less thing you will have to worry about.

In 20 years of doing weddings I have only had to find a replacement 2 times, due to covid and a death. However, I have a great network of artists that I was able to reach out to and the brides and bridal party were overjoyed with the quality of service. If there should come a time that I am unable to find a suitable replacement all fees and retainers will be refunded to the bride.

Simply the BEST
Katie was a JOY to work with! I felt like she was a friend the moment I met her at my hair and makeup trial. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that and my hair and makeup turned out absolutely stunning for my wedding day! I’ve never gotten so many compliments in my life! I highly recommend her for any event/occasion you need your makeup done for. 20 out of 10 stars from me!
