Just a small town girl enjoying the little things in life! Most times, I'm snuggling up to my sweet Great Dane, Lulu, or my better half, Phillip, hanging out in our Kentucky home. There's not much I'd rather do than enjoy the company of the ones I love most! (Unless you throw tacos in there, then I'm running for the door for those bad boys haha).

I like to make things personal. I'm not just your photographer on your wedding day. I'm your hype man. Your friend. Your story teller. Your shoulder to cry on. Your dance partner. Your back up singer for karaoke. Your adventure partner. I am there for you through the laughter and the tears and I enjoy every part of spending time with you on your big day. I am what I call an "above and beyond" type of person and I do whatever it takes to do what I can to make it as easy as possible. And once it is all said and done? I don't just disappear.     Reception Photos

    First off, Megan is such a gem, an absolute sweetheart. She was wonderful to work with, I was thoroughly impressed with her patience and ability to wrangle my family for photos (including the 8 children). We had already gotten married and did our wedding photos in New Zealand, so all I asked Megan for was family photos and to wander around the reception and take pictures. She didnt disappoint! We did our reception on a farm, and she pulled us away to take some amazing photos in great places around the farm, even though we didnt ask for couples pics. And let me tell you, they are some of my favorites!! We really had such a fun time taking the pics with her. The family photos of us smiling and goofing off were great. She was really able to capture our personality. She was very accommodating to our budget as well. I cant recommend her enough. If I have a need for photography services again, she'll be my first call.

    Wedding Day Bliss

    Megan was the best wedding photographer I could ever imagine! From moment one she was very professional, passionate and personable! We had a meeting before the event to see what each of us expected and requested. Every vision I had throughout the evening she made come true. She was very creative and capture every moment beautifully. I even had a surprise boudoir session after makeup for a surprise for my husband. She was the best hype woman ever and that set me up for a confidence boost before the ceremony. Would highly highly recommend her for your big day!

    Megan is the bomb.com

    Megan is such a sweetheart and puts a ton of love and passion into her work. You can tell just by her excitement during the shoot just how much she loves doing it. Not only does she do a kickass job at weddings but her boudoir photography is amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and I was just shocked by how great she made me look. Overall a great person to work with and a joy to be around.

Typically, couples book me about 6 to 12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistants depending on the size of your wedding. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra. The only additional cost would be for a second photographer.
Definitely. All final images will be basic edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look consistent with my style and galleries.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.
My turnaround time varies by session. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a few sneak peeks so you can share the photos with your loved ones.
I do not put a cap on final imagery, but keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors. I usually include a variety of formal imagery, silly candids, and sometimes even blurry photos if they are funny enough!
I do! I am currently insure through the Professional Photographers of America.
In my 10+ years of experience as a photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my preferred photographers. I’ll also provide you with a few options of other photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement if you do not like my recommendations.
