Throughout my career, event creation has been my passion. Beginning as the Executive Director of a modest non-profit, I figured out the art of stretching resources to their fullest. During my history in hotel management, I from a Social Catering Manager at Hyatt Regency to the Director of Catering at Ritz-Carlton, allowing me to have a experience on both sides of the planning spectrum. Understanding how to get the biggest impact for the lowest cost is key. No matter the budget, my couples, and their guests, walk away thinking that was so much fun but with equal parts romance.

Description	Many of my clients are from out of town or out of state. This is a Partial Planning Package with the idea you have a venue, Full Planning Package is required when those instances that you also need help finding a venue.	From finding the perfect venue, through all the ins and outs of planning, invitations, menu planning, timelines, floorplans, wedding rehearsal…. And on and on … If it has anything to do with the wedding, then I am involved. Being a former Director of Catering for Ritz-Carlton and Hyatt hotels, I can give you insights into what you truly need and help ensure you are not spending money on things that aren’t truly needed.	Couples that already have their venue and a few of their wedding details typically need a partial planner. This package gives you all of the benefits of a full planner. I will be there to help negotiate your room blocks, and all other major wedding hallmarks.	Day Of Plus - Couples that have been planning for months and have all of their major vendors contracted, their invitations are sent, room blocks are in place, but still need help with the finer details. I handle the rehearsal and am with you the full wedding day. My team will make sure everyone knows where to be at what time, make sure everyone eats, and put out any last-minute fires so that you can be totally focused on being in the moment.

We worked with Keith to plan our February wedding at The Palms in Miami, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better partner. He made the whole process feel easy and fun, and he really understood us from the start. He came up with ideas that were so perfectly “us” — like the Bravo-style confessional video booth and the coconuts with our names on them. Those ended up being some of the biggest hits of the night. Since we were planning everything from across the country, having someone we could fully trust meant everything. He handled all the vendor negotiations, and every single vendor he brought in was reliable, on time, and clearly loved working with him. On the actual day, Keith was unbelievably organized. Everything ran smoothly, the flowers were beautiful, and we never had a moment of stress. We’re so grateful we got to work with him.

Keith Willard is a true professional, and we could not recommend him more highly. He has all the connections, gets to know you as a couple, and will make your day truly magical. The best advice we have: just trust in Keith! We were nervous nellies throughout the process, but Keith was able to put us at ease and help us to relax and enjoy. Ultimately, our wedding exceeded our wildest dreams and so many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We couldn't have done it without Keith. So grateful! :)

Keith and his team are absolutely fantastic! They are super organized and literally prepare for EVERYTHING. He has a backup plan for every snag that could come your way. He is also very kind and fun, making everyone's day stress free. All the other vendors love him because he is great to work with, never seems stressed out and has a positive attitude while getting everything ready. His methods are seamless, organization top notch. You never have to ask him for anything, everything is always taken care of. Like Magic! You will not regret hiring him.

Access to my collection of equipment and resources at no extra cost. This encompasses items like up lights, cake and knife servers, ceremony sound systems, cake stands, yard games, and more. Bringing value to your event is my priority, so anything I have available to enhance your celebration is at your disposal. Additionally, at least one additional person is included on the wedding day, with additional staff provided as needed—all part of the flat fee.

There are no hidden costs or additional fees. My pricing is straightforward and inclusive. Similar to a full-time employee, no overtime charges apply, regardless of the level of service required.

Communication is vital to a successful wedding planning process. Whether through calls, texts, emails, Zoom meetings, or in-person consultations, I am available to you without restrictions. However, for clients opting for the Day of Plus package, appointments are considered on a case-by-case basis to ensure seamless coordination.

I have a massive network of vendors. Being in the business for many years, plus being the past President of one South Florida's largest vendor specific networking groups (N.A.C.E), I have worked with a high percentage of the pros here. I have a great relationship with everyone and always open to working with new vendors. I do not accept commissions or kickbacks from the vendors I recommend. Any discounts or perks offered by vendors are promptly passed on to you, as part of my commitment to transparency and integrity.

A 50% deposit is required upon signing the contract, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your wedding date. Payment options include Credit Card, Zelle, Check, or ACH Wire Transfer. Notably, there are no additional processing fees. Options are available for breaking up the payments on a case by case basis.

I'm simply someone that loves what I do. My journey with events began at the age of 6 (yes, seriously!), and it's been an unwavering passion ever since. I take pride in supporting fellow professionals and championing non-profits whenever I can. It's hard to articulate my dedication to ensuring that my couples experience true happiness on their special day. My guiding principles? 'High Impact, Low Cost,' 'Creativity Costs Nothing,' 'It's All Good,' and 'There's Always a Solution.' I firmly believe in maintaining composure; anger and yelling serve no purpose. After all, there's always a solution :)
