Limelight Photography has been telling Tampa Bay love stories since Valentine's Day, 2006. We're not just the team that captures your wedding day... We're your day-of guides who build your custom timeline so you can be fully present while we capture everything. Featured in The New York Times, Brides, and other major publications. We offer photography, videography, and content creation; through offering all three services, our teams will run like a well-oiled machine on your wedding day. We build your custom wedding timeline before your day so you never have to think about photos. We edit ~100 images per hour in-house and deliver in 3 weeks, full resolution, with full copyright. And with a booking rate above 80%, couples who talk to us, book with us.

Great photographers!
Limelight did an amazing job at our wedding. Jackie was very professional, great communication, and best of all the pictures are amazing. We also got them back very quickly, just a few weeks. I have no complaints and would certainly recommend these folks

Stunning work!
Limelight Photography was an excellent choice for our wedding photography. From the start, their communication style was attentive to detail, prompt, enthusiastic, and extremely organized. Their team of photographers, including our lead Rebecca and associate Adrian, captured our day beautifully with natural, luxury-quality photos that were thoughtfully enhanced. They recreated our inspiration photos perfectly and provided great recommendations for group shots at our ceremony at Sacred Heart Catholic Church and reception at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay. Limelight's professionalism shone through as they got wonderful pictures of all our guests, and we received all the photos back within just 3 weeks, making it very easy to access and share our special day. We are thrilled to have these beautiful memories to look back on forever.

An Incredible Experience!
We couldn’t be happier that we chose Limelight Photography for our special day! Rebecca and Jackie were amazing from start to finish. Rebecca was incredibly responsive in the months leading up to our wedding, meeting with us multiple times to really understand us as a couple and what we wanted captured. On the big day, they made us feel completely at ease in front of the camera. Their attention to detail was incredible—they captured everything from the getting-ready moments, to my husband and me with a gorgeous beach sunset, to our guests enjoying the reception. We now have a beautiful collection of photos from every part of our day, and with all of our loved ones. We highly recommend Limelight Photography for anyone looking for thoughtful, professional, and talented photographers!

Limelight
Dafne was wonderful, she made me feel comfortable and guided me throughout the ceremony and reception. Communication was great and they were timely and organized. Unfortunately, our assistant photographer needed a lot of direction when she was with the groom and even with our lead photographer. It was quite disappointing she did not get shots that we can not get back. She was noted to be sitting on the bed missing many shots of the boys getting ready. She also followed us down the aisle which was unacceptable.

Absolutely Incredible Photographers!!!
Steven and Noelle of Limelight Photography were incredible photographers who contributed greatly to making our wedding day special. Their communication style was thorough, friendly, and creative, and the quality of their work was simply stunning. Steven was super thorough during the planning phase, taking all of our ideas and bringing them to life. On the day of, he hyped up the groom and groomsmen before the ceremony, capturing perfect photos. Noelle was a phenomenal second photographer, taking beautifully creative and well-edited pictures of the bridesmaids and me. We're so glad we were matched with this dynamic duo and couldn't be happier with the way they perfectly captured our ceremony and reception.

We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak season Saturdays (October–May in Florida). Popular dates sell out fast and we can only take one wedding per day per photographer. Once your contract and retainer are in, your date is locked. If your date is sooner, reach out anyway — we'll always let you know what's available.

The majority of our packages include two photographers — a lead and a second shooter. This isn't an assistant. It's a trained Limelight photographer capturing a completely different angle of your day simultaneously, so nothing gets missed.

Yes — every image is hand-edited in-house by our dedicated editing team. We deliver approximately 100 fully edited, high-resolution images per hour of coverage. No watermarks, no outsourcing, no presets slapped on in bulk. Just clean, timeless, vibrant edits that look like Limelight.

Yes! We offer cinematic videography and content creation as add-ons to any photography package. Booking both together means one unified team, one coordinated timeline, and a seamless experience on your day. Bundles are available and we'll build everything into one custom quote.

Your full edited gallery is delivered within 3 weeks of your wedding — one of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. Video highlight films are delivered at 9 weeks. We know you can't wait, and we don't make you.

You'll receive approximately 100 fully edited images per hour of coverage — so an 8-hour wedding typically yields 700–800+ photos. All delivered in full resolution with complete copyright ownership. Print them, share them, frame them — they're yours forever.

Yes — Limelight Photography is fully licensed and insured, and a proud member of the Professional Photographers of America. We're also a preferred vendor at 150+ Florida venues, many of which require proof of insurance. You're covered.
