I help couples create organized, well-managed wedding days with clear services, thoughtful planning, and hands-on support from start to finish. Based on Florida’s Space Coast, I serve couples throughout Florida and beyond.

I believe couples should always know what is included, who is responsible for what, and what to expect throughout the planning process. I bring more than 15 years of experience in wedding planning, coordination, officiating, and event execution. I’ve worked with everything from intimate elopements and beach ceremonies to full ceremony and reception celebrations. My specialties include wedding planning, wedding day coordination, styling and décor execution, ceremony coordination, and officiating. I’m especially focused on creating clear plans, organized timelines, defined responsibilities, and a wedding day that flows smoothly from start to finish.
You will work directly with me, Tifini, throughout the planning process. I remain your primary point of contact and lead wedding professional. Additional team members may assist with setup, breakdown, décor execution, or other contracted wedding-day services depending on the size and scope of your event. Staffing is determined by the services required, while I remain responsible for overseeing the work and execution of your contracted services. We typically work in teams of two and I am always one!
My primary focus is weddings and wedding-related celebrations. Rehearsal management is included with applicable planning and coordination services, and I can also assist with wedding-related events when included in the contracted scope. If you have a welcome party, rehearsal dinner, brunch, shower, or another wedding-weekend event, tell me what you’re planning and we can determine whether it fits within your services.
That depends entirely on the service you choose. Full-service planning includes ongoing support throughout the planning process, while coordination and styling services begin closer to the wedding and focus on preparation and execution. I clearly define communication, meetings, site visits, deadlines, and wedding-day coverage before booking so you know exactly what support is included and when we’ll be working together.
I carefully manage my calendar based on the location, timing, travel, staffing, and scope of each contracted wedding. I will never accept work that prevents Weddings with Tifini from providing the services and coverage promised in your agreement. Multiple events may occur within the same weekend when scheduling allows, but each contracted couple receives the professional preparation and wedding-day support outlined in their service.
