Owner, Administrator & lead Videographer

I used to produce and plan tens of weddings in downtown West Palm at a 4-5 star venue. During covid-19 I developed my videography skills alongside fitness influencers and branding and brought my new skillset into the wedding industry and have shot my handful of weddings. A little about me: I am a Tampa Bay grown, soflo living videographer, a master's student in mental health, hold a BA in media from PBAU, and surf in my free time. I love God, people, family and friends above all.

I understand the planning side of events and weddings. By knowing the bride and groom intentionally chose every aspect of their wedding, its the videographer's responsibility to capture those so 20 years later when you forget some of the details (because there's so much to absorb on your day), your video is there to remind you, to send you down enjoyable rabbit trails that can't help but make you laugh and relive stories surrounding your wedding/event.

    I hired NickFlicks Films for a surprise proposal at the St. Regis Longboat Key Resort, and the experience exceeded every expectation. Capturing one of the most important moments of our lives required professionalism, discretion, and flawless execution, and Joel and his team delivered on all three. From the beginning, communication was exceptional. Joel was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and made the planning process effortless. Just hours before the proposal, the resort informed me that additional paperwork was required for third-party vendors. It was an unexpected complication, but Joel turned around everything the resort needed in less than an hour and helped ensure the proposal went forward without a hitch. On the day of the proposal, Alex was outstanding. He somehow managed to remain completely unnoticed while perfectly capturing the anticipation leading up to the proposal, the proposal itself, and the genuine reactions that followed. His ability to blend into the environment while documenting such an emotional moment was truly impressive. He was professional, personable, efficient, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire photo session. After the proposal, Alex guided us through several beautiful indoor and outdoor locations around the resort, allowing us to capture a variety of stunning photographs while still getting us to our dinner reservation on time. The entire experience felt relaxed, organized, and fun. The final photos were delivered quickly, the pricing was straightforward, and the quality exceeded our expectations. Friends and family have been incredibly impressed with the images, and we now have memories that we will treasure forever.     Highly reccommend!

    We couldn't have asked for a better videographer for our wedding! The team at Nick Flicks was friendly and so easy to work with from start to finish. We honestly gave little to no direction and they just knew exactly what to capture — a great eye for the important moments. They beautifully captured our ceremony and even included drone shots of the venue, which added such a special touch to our film. On top of all that, they were affordable, stress-free to work with, and they went above and beyond while still delivering everything right on time. Highly recommend if you want a team that's talented and reliable.

Yes, we travel abroad for destinations. Travel expenses vary depending on flights, stay, etc.
We do. We usually book at 50% deposit but allow 30% and in pressing matters go lower depending on variables such as the venue being booked and other vendors booked to gauge whether your wedding is secured for a date.

I originally began editing all my wedding couples' films. Since then I've grown to need additional help. My editing team has my adobe premier pro presets, storyline narrative styles, and templates in which they insert the footage filmed, color corrected. *We do revisions as well, to help you feel more control over your film*

We film through the rain constantly in florida. We perform audio excerpts, from officiants and various speakers to lay over the wedding day in the event of weather problems. We stay for the duration of the shift if onsite for the chance of a clearing for photo/video unless the bride/groom state otherwise.
We have over 1mil coverage in general liability, injury liability, equipment, and seperate insurance specifically for drone coverage and drone liability. We can cover other vendors, or a bride/groom with our insurance alone.

yes, we hold all up to date licenses for commercial use of FAA Part 107 filming and productional use of footage that's been used on news channels, streaming services and more.
If you're sure about us, book now. We book up to 2 years out. We contractually obligate services through the deposit so despite venue changes, date changes, we provide your services. You won't lose your deposit.
We are a team of videographers between South Florida through the southern most region of the U.S. We film on the same settings, share the same shotlist, and my editors use my presets and templates to edit. Joel oversees editing and videographer/photography to ensure quality control.

Depends on your preference. If you don't like others seeing them, make the request and we won't use your content for marketing. As for sharing, you can feel free to share the video download links with anyone you choose. Our dropbox links are accessible to anyone you send the link too and on all platforms/devices.
We offer a modern solution of digital download available via dropbox. Download is accessible immediately without use of mail or delivery. It's available on all platforms and devices. Using USB's run the risk of deffects and loss in delivery or loss once you receive them and are a fee for couples whereas dropbox subscriptions are paid by NickFlicks.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.
