Hi Michelle, I’m sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. However, I would like to respectfully clarify several statements in your review that do not align with my records or the documented timeline of your wedding day. I maintain the original photographs with their date and time stamps, as well as the wedding-day timeline. These records show that I arrived early, began photographing ahead of schedule, remained on or ahead of schedule throughout the day, and continued photographing through the end of the coverage period for which I was contracted. Unfortunately, the second photographer was unable to attend due to a major car accident. I sincerely apologize for this unforeseen circumstance. I offered to refund the portion associated with the second photographer. However, you requested both a refund and all of your photographs. I explained that I could not refund photography services that had already been performed while also providing the complete collection from those services. Despite the second photographer’s absence, I documented your wedding throughout the contracted period. You were quoted approximately 700 photographs and received more than 1,100 in your gallery. I captured your ceremony from multiple angles, your formal photographs, and the important moments throughout your day. We also completed the formal photography efficiently enough for you to enjoy cocktail hour with your guests. Your complete gallery has remained available for you to download. I also sent several friendly reminders asking you to download your photographs and select the images you wanted for your prints and photo book. I did not receive those selections or a response. I cannot choose those photographs for you, but your gallery remains available, and I am still willing to fulfill your prints and photo book as soon as you provide your selections. When communication stopped following our disagreement regarding the refund and photographs, I also reached out to your husband in an effort to resolve the situation. I would also like to address the statement that I argued with people throughout the evening. I did not argue with anyone during your wedding, and I respectfully dispute that characterization. I take my responsibilities to my clients seriously and stand behind my work and professional integrity. My previous client reviews also reflect the experiences others have had working with me. I genuinely regret that the second photographer was unable to attend because of the accident, and I acknowledge and apologize for that portion of your experience. However, I believe it is equally important that the remainder of the circumstances be represented accurately. Your gallery of more than 1,100 photographs remains available for download, and I remain willing to fulfill your prints and photo book as originally agreed upon once you provide your selections.
