Hi, I’m Em, the owner of Shoreline Sips by Em! I’m a mobile bartender based on Florida’s Gulf Coast, and I’m passionate about creating memorable experiences through handcrafted cocktails and exceptional service. I believe the bar is more than just a place to grab a drink it’s where guests gather, celebrate, and make lasting memories. From intimate beach weddings to large-scale celebrations, I work closely with each couple to create a customized beverage experience that reflects their style and vision. My goal is to take the stress out of bar service so you can focus on enjoying your day with the people you love.
I don’t believe in simply showing up and pouring drinks I focus on creating a welcoming, stress-free atmosphere where couples and their guests feel taken care of. When you book Shoreline Sips by Em, you’re working directly with the owner not a large company assigning a random bartender. I take the time to get to know each couple, help plan every detail of their bar service, and create a fun, memorable experience that guests will be talking about long after the last drink is served.

We'll handle the setup, service & breakdown so you can relax and enjoy your special day. pricing designed for up to 50 guests with 4 hours of service. Custom packages are available to fit your event. Events over 50 guests require an additional bartender.

BEST BARTENDING SERVICE IN FLORIDA
I hired Emily for my son's baby shower! From the moment we hired her, she listened to what we wanted and created a custom drink menu that fit our shower theme perfectly, then took it even further by decorating the cart and sourcing straws and drink garnishes to match every detail. Her communication was straightforward and easy to work with throughout the whole planning process, and on our party day she delivered drinks that looked as good as they tasted. Emily truly went above and beyond to make our celebration special, and we've already booked her for future family events because we couldn't imagine using anyone else. Best overall experience
Emily was absolutely amazing. She was organized, responsive, and made the entire planning process so easy. She helped us with drink selections, answered all questions, and made sure every detail was covered before our event. The presentation on the day of was beautiful, our guests talked about how friendly Emily was, the drinks were the prettiest I've ever seen (I will include a photo), service was quick. If you're searching for a bartender, Emily is the one.
