All of Busy Bee’s packages are tailored to fit your dream event and its budget. We offer services ranging from month of coordination to full service planning for all events. And if your budget is not able to include a planner, we even have a planning solution for that! Starting from concept to completion, consider yourself a guest at your own special event as Busy Bee’s takes care of the rest.
What separates us from the rest is that we do not only provide a Busy Bee Planner, we also provide: a personal shopper, a negotiator, a budget analyst, an organizer, an accountant, and even a friend all wonderfully wrapped into one wedding planner.

Best Wedding Planners EVER!
If you’re considering hiring Busy Bees as your wedding planner, take this as a sign. HIRE THEM!!! I could go on and on about how amazing they are, but I will try to be concise. Both Bettina and Becky helped plan my husband and I’s wedding and our rehearsal dinner, but Becky was our main planner. I worked with them starting in March until our wedding in May the following year. Every single text and email I sent during those 14 months were answered immediately and thoroughly. Both Becky and Bettina clearly love what they do and have perfected their craft. I live in Indiana but had a destination wedding in Florida, and Becky made it the easiest destination wedding to plan. She sourced all the local vendors (which were all amazing), was our vendors’ main point of contact, and would loop me in on the important things. She was able to visit anywhere I needed her to and did everything geographically that I couldn’t. They both helped me create a budget and explained each stage of the planning process thoroughly, so I never felt like I was forgetting anything or felt behind. Becky gave me so many options that I never even knew were out there. Her advice on wedding dos and don’ts was spot on, and she created a wedding I didn’t even know was possible. My wedding was the most incredible day, and it was all thanks to Becky and Bettina. My husband and I still look at pictures and wonder how a wedding could possibly be so beautiful and perfect. Becky and her team of Bees the day of the wedding were crucial to the seamlessness and success of the day. They took care of everything from coordinating all the vendors to keeping the schedule of the day on track to fluffing my dress going down the aisle. They handled everything, so my husband and I weren’t worrying about a single thing. On a personal level, both Becky and Bettina are just beautiful people. They were always so kind and patient and never made me feel like a request was too much. They both have extremely warm energies, and I’m convinced they could be friends with anyone. From my first information call with Bettina, I knew I wanted them to plan my wedding. I loved working with them and was genuinely sad after the wedding when our zoom calls had ended. If you want your wedding to be perfect, everything you dreamed of, run smoothly, and have the least stressful planning process you can have, hire the Busy Bees! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Bettina at Busy Bee's Weddings & Events was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding. From the very first call, Bettina demonstrated an organized and professional communication style, always answering our questions in a timely manner and providing knowledgeable guidance and advice every step of the way. On the day of and throughout the whole year, Bettina and the whole team, went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and ensuring every detail was attended to with the utmost care. Their attentiveness allowed us to truly be present and soak in all the special moments. We are so grateful to the Busy Bee's team for helping make our wedding day perfect.

There’s really not a good way to put into words how great Busy Bees is, especially Becky. Becky is an absolute super star and makes you feel like you are her only client, which was important to us. Becky and her team are so knowledgeable, both in terms of venues and weddings in general. She and her team knew what needed to be done to make the day perfect and seamless. And she was so patient with us throughout the process. The day of- wow. Becky and her team made each of us so calm, and had a schedule that was flexible and adapted to us. She made sure we enjoyed our day, which can be difficult sometimes with everything going on. Knowing Becky and her team had everything covered made our day more special than it could have been without them. We are forever grateful.
An Amazing 3 Days of Events
We hired Busy Bee Events for our wedding, which included 3 days of hosting events for 50 people. The team was absolutely incredible! The team managed all the events seamlessly and took care of every detail, big and small. The reached out to vendors, got quotes, and read contracts. They were even able to get better pricing than I was able to get on my own. They gave me choices and provided recommendations. They carried the stress of planning and the weekend on their shoulders and we never had any fires to be put out. They were organized and it was easy for me to always find documents or see selections we made. We stayed on track with our budget and our vision fully came to life. We reviewed everything multiple times. They made everything so easy for us. THANK YOU Busy Bee Team for making our 3-day weekend so memorable for us, our family and our friends!
