๐–๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ง ๐ข๐ง ๐…๐ข๐ฅ๐ฆ has been capturing love stories since ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ•. We believe that you shouldn't have to decide between either having a Cinematic Highlight or Traditional Documentary for your wedding day, and for that reason, each and every one of our couples receives both products in the form of two separate deliverables; 1) a short, social media ready cinematic film, but also 2) full documentary video of all timeline events captured under our hourly coverage! Examples you see online are the short highlight films, with documentary edits ranging between 20-60 minutes in length.

The ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐  of our Wedding Films is dictated by your personalities, and the moments that happen on your wedding day. Our color ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฒ๐ฅ๐ž is a blend of classic film stocks in high fidelity. Written in Film is personally against the use of AI for, specifically, creativity and emotion-based decisions; so it has no hand in either the culling or creative process. We will listen to the entirety of the audio from your day to decide what is used, not a computer.     The best videographer!

    Written in Film exceeded our expectations in every possible way! From the very first phone call with Josh, we just knew everything would be perfect. Josh and Tori are so attentive to detail, very organized and professional. Josh captured every important moment of our special day so beautifully, and we couldnโ€™t be happier! We absolutely love our wedding video and reliving those favorite memories together. We also love that we have a video of our whole ceremony and we were surprised with videos of the other important moments from our wedding day. Such a special touch that we are so thankful for and we will cherish these videos forever! We cannot thank and recommend Written in Film enough, truly the best!!

    Written in Film Recommendation

    We are beyond grateful for the incredible work Written in Film did on our wedding videos. We received a full wedding film as well as individual highlight videos of special moments like our first look, my first look with my dad, the speeches, and our first dance. Each video was absolutely stunning and captured the emotion of the day so beautifully. Watching them back with my husband brought us so much joy. We were able to relive the entire day and even see little moments we had forgotten about. These are memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives, and we are so thankful to have them preserved in such a meaningful way.     The Best Videography

    We are so thrilled with our wedding video, it captured every special moment of our day and was a very high quality video set to perfect music. We love rewatching it with friends and family. I couldnโ€™t have chosen a better videographer! I highly recommend them for your special day! They also captured every moment of our ceremony perfectly. You really canโ€™t find a better videographer! They truly go above and beyond.

The length of the artistic film is individually tailored to most effectively showcase each couple's unique wedding day! So we don't actually put a limit on the length of the video, but rather, we invest ourselves into creating an edit that will fully encompass all the moments in the most effective time length. This way, the creative process is not restricted and we can fully realize our goal in providing films that will truly last for years to come! Each of our couples, in addition to their creative highlight, receives a full video of all moments from their day in a documentary style with multiple camera angles.
Our main goal in incorporating music into your film is answering the question: what matches you two and your wedding day? If the day has a deeply romantic tone and takes place at a beautiful historic cathedral, we want the music to accompany those visuals effortlessly. If your wedding is in the heart of a city with high energy excitement, we'll use songs that compliment that same upbeat, modern feeling! All music, whether lyrical or instrumental, must be legally licensable for our use.
As we move closer to the date, we'll be sending you a questionnaire to get all of the day-of details from your wedding timeline, as well as your preferences pertaining to creating films that are uniquely yours. Even more importantly than that, we want our couples to know that as part of your wedding team, we are in your corner. Through the whole planning process we are available to assist in any way we can as you fit all the puzzle pieces together to plan your perfect beginning!
Not at all! In addition to your Highlight film, each of our couples, regardless of package choice, receives video(s) of full moment(s) under our coverage time. In example: Full Ceremony, First Dances, Speeches, etc.. in what we call a Wedding Day Film edit that typically ranges between 30-90 minutes in length.
