    I hired jonathan (Jack) to help me pull off a surprise proposal to my girlfriend of 11 years on Vilano Beach. I had this whole idea where he would randomly approach us, act like he had been searching for my son Maverick, give him a real silver pirate coin, and then work the conversation around to give me my opening to propose. I gave Kaplan the basic idea and he took it from there. He stayed completely in character, had Maverick totally buying into it, and made the whole thing feel like we had just randomly run into a pirate on the beach. Nothing felt forced or rehearsed. I had been planning this for a while and had a pretty specific picture in my head of how I wanted it to go. He nailed it. My fiancé had no clue, Maverick loved it, and most importantly, she said yes. Couldn’t have asked for the pirate part of this to go any better. Thanks again, Captain. 🏴‍☠️
