    Best decision I made for my wedding.

    From the moment we booked Envision the Moment Events as our day of wedding planners, we knew we were in good hands. They were always responsive to our questions and provided incredibly helpful guidance throughout the planning process.     Truly went above and beyond!!!!

    Paige and Danielle are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! As day of coordinators, they started working months beforehand to make sure everything and everyone was set up and ready for the big day. On our wedding day, they took care of everything from setting up the decorations, to the smallest details like sweeping. As a girl with anxiety, Envision the Moment was there for me and helped take my worries away. I can't recommend them enough! Thank you so much for making my big day, the perfect day!

Yes! We plan events for all of life’s occasions — from weddings and baby showers to birthdays, graduations, bridal showers, graduations, bachelorette parties, corporate events and everything in between!
We’re proudly based out of Jacksonville, Florida, but our team spans across the Southeast to make event magic happen wherever you are! Our Lead Planners and Assistants are currently based in: • Florida: Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Tampa, and Orlando • Georgia: South Georgia and Atlanta • Alabama: Mobile • South Carolina: Charleston • Tennessee: Nashville Whether you’re local to one of these areas or planning a destination event, we’re ready to bring your vision to life—wherever love takes you!
When you book with us, you’ll be paired with our Lead Planner local to your event location who knows the area, has strong vendor connections, and will work closely with you every step of the way. They’ll also have an Event Assistant on wedding day to help manage all the details, so you can truly be present and enjoy the moment.
• Full Planning: We handle everything from start to finish—budgeting, vendor sourcing, timelines, design, and more. • Partial Planning: Ideal for couples who’ve started planning but need guidance and help tying it all together. • Day-of Coordination: You’ve done the planning, now let us take the reins on wedding day to execute your vision while you enjoy every moment.
We recommend booking as early as possible—especially for Full or Partial Planning services, which often book 9–18 months in advance. For Day-of Coordination, 4–6 months out is ideal, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate you!
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on helping couples get the most out of their budget, whether it’s big or small. We offer customizable packages and will always be honest and transparent about what’s possible.
Yes! We love to travel and are happy to go wherever your celebration takes us. Travel fees may apply based on distance from our team’s base locations.
Yes, Envision the Moment Events, LLC is both licensed and insured. We take our clients’ events—and peace of mind—very seriously. Our coverage ensures we meet venue requirements and provide professional, reliable service every step of the way.
Yes, we do! Setup of client-provided décor is included in all of our coordination packages. We’ll handle items like signage, table settings, favors, guest books, welcome tables, and more—so you and your loved ones can relax and enjoy the day without lifting a finger. We’ll follow your vision to a T and make sure everything looks picture-perfect before guests arrive!
