I'm Carmen, the owner and lead coordinator and I work alongside two of the most incredible women in my life - my sister Elena and my sister-in-law Arnela. Together, we make up a passionate team of wedding professionals who thrive on turning dreams into seamless, joy-filled celebrations.
As a proud Veteran-owned small business, we bring discipline, heart, and attention to detail in every event we plan. Each member of our team brings a unique flair to the table: Elena's creativity, Arnela's calm, yet proactive spirit, and my love for structure and timeliness ensure that every detail is handled with care and precision, and every bride has a trust planner they can trust.

Carmen handled our wedding with an incredible amount of love, flexibility (Carmen rolled with last minute changes to the schedule in a way that I didn’t even have to think about them), care, efficiency, and grace. I highly recommend Carmen!

Carmen was AMAZING! From start to finish she was professional and so amazing to work with. She took the vision I had and made it happen for us. She was always available to answer any questions I had, with a quick and amazing response which calmed so many nerves of mine. The day of she made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be and helped me stay calm as well when things started getting hectic. At the end of the night she helped picked things up and has been there through all of my questions of things we couldn’t find. I would 110% recommend her to anyone who is in need of a wedding planner/ coordinator!! I can not thank Carmen enough for everything leading up to the wedding and especially everything she did the day of!

The best coordinator in town!
Carmen was phenomenal! Very organized and professional. With Carmen we actually ran ahead of schedule and got to have more time enjoying ourselves at our wedding. She went above and beyond to save my wedding cake topper for us. She went back to our venue the morning after the wedding and packed up all of our decor and delivered it to us. She was amazing during the planning process and had many helpful recommendations and potential vendor replacements if needed. She worked great on our contingency plans for weather related issues. Carmen made it so I didn’t have to stress or worry at all on our wedding day. We couldn’t have done any of this without her! She worked closely with my cousin/ wedding planner and took everything with great stride! Carmen is worth every penny and more!! My husband was absolutely wowed with how everything turned out! We had such an amazing wedding day thanks to Carmen! I would recommend her to anyone! I’ve been telling all my friends and engaged coworkers about her. Thank you Carmen for everything!!!

Her communication was clear and tactful. She was hired as a day of coordinator yet she would periodically check in with me months leading up to the wedding. I was able to share my timeline and outline of the wedding to her and she made notes and clarified things that I missed! She was professional and very pleasant during the wedding!
