The owner Samantha has been planning weddings for a decade. Here at SNG Events Co, our passion is wedding and truly making your wedding dreams come true. We are with you from the very beginning, until the very end when you're leaving the best day of your life, married.

10/10 - Truly Seamless from Start to Finish!
We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Samantha her SNG team. From start to finish, our wedding weekend was completely seamless, and I genuinely did not have to worry about a single thing. Every detail I imagined was executed absolutely perfectly. Samantha was not only incredibly organized and professional, but also genuinely kind and respectful to our family, guests, and wedding party. Even when giving direction, she did so with warmth and grace—something that was noticed and complimented by many people who have experienced far less respectful planners in the past. SNG was with us every step of the way, from the rehearsal dinner to the welcome party and through the wedding day itself, and everything flowed effortlessly. Multiple vendors went out of their way to compliment Samantha’s communication, professionalism, and responsiveness. I never waited more than 10 minutes for a response to any question (which was a service level my type-A self BEYOND appreciated), and she was always extremely accommodating of my and my husbands busy out of town schedules. If we ever plan another event in the Jacksonville area, SNG will absolutely be our first call. Hiring Samantha was one of the best decisions we made, and we are beyond grateful for the experience she gave us.

Amazing Experience
Samantha was a pleasure to work with from the planning stage to the coordination of our wedding day. In the two months prior to our wedding we realized it would make a world of difference to hire a coordinator and after speaking with a handful on the phone, Samantha was a clear stand out. She was easy to communicate with, encouraging of our ideas, and willing to do anything to make our day perfect. The biggest example of this was the need for someone to move 120 folding chairs from the ceremony site back into the barn for the reception so we wouldn’t need to rent extra chairs. We were open to the idea of renting but when we posed the question to Samantha she was adamant that it would be no issue for her and her assistant to handle. She made a detailed itinerary for the day that was also shared with vendors and our wedding day went off without a hitch (to our knowledge at least). Which is the beauty of hiring a planner - if anything did go wrong we were completely unaware and able to just enjoy our day. In our minds it was the most perfect day enjoyed with the people we love and we can’t thank Samantha and Ashley enough for bringing our vision to life!

From the very first conversation, they truly listened to our vision, understood our priorities, and made the entire process so much less stressful.
