From our first interaction with LA Event Planning, their communication was always on point and we never had to wait long for a response. Can’t recommend LA enough!!
I can confidently say my wedding wouldn’t have been nearly as magical without the incredible team at LA! They took my Pinterest dreams and turned them into a stunning reality—all while staying within budget. Even building me my dream seating chart from scratch! From start to finish, their communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring. We typically take on only one wedding per day to ensure our full attention and energy is dedicated to you. For weekends, we may accept multiple events if they don’t overlap in timing or require the same lead planner. Our commitment is to provide every couple with the personalized service, focus, and care they deserve—no divided attention, no compromises.

The time we spend together depends on the level of service you choose. For full-service planning, expect regular meetings, venue visits, and ongoing communication throughout the planning process—typically a few hours a month leading up to your big day. For partial or day of coordination, time commitments are more focused and flexible based on your needs. No matter the package, we’re here when you need us, and we tailor our involvement to fit your schedule and comfort level.
